Clean, beautiful view. Good staff

Coming to Cappadocia for New Year was the best idea ever — we got lucky with a hot air balloon ride, an unforgettable experience! The hotel is fantastic! After booking, I asked them to arrange airport transfer and balloon ride logistics — they handled everything seamlessly. On arrival, they gave us a map of top attractions and helped find a rental car.Our room was spacious with underfloor heating and a great view, breakfasts are good — pure comfort.Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I was absolutely wowed from the moment we walked in. The hotel is stunning, with a beautiful and welcoming design. Our rooms were super clean. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly always ready to assist with anything we needed. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast. Overall, I had an amazing experience and will definitely choose this hotel again when I return. Highly recommended!

Rooms were beautiful, clean and spacious. Breakfast was good! Staff- from the reception, restaurant and housekeeping were very courteous and friendly. They helped us with our luggages, and with all questions we have. Location was also good, near restaurants and different shops.. We loved everything about Design Cave Hotel!

Wow. This hotel was just perfect. The staff was incredibly friendly and very helpful. (Special shout out to Yaşa!) The property is located in the perfect location too. ~3 minute walk away from the "downtown" of Goreme. It was quiet at night and we were able to truly relax without disruption.The landscaping...serene. They've really done such a phenomenal job here.Morning breakfast was always pleasant. We woke up early every morning to watch the balloons on the roof...the views are amazing.The room was spacious, bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean, and the shower felt like a dream come true.We will absolutely be returning for many years to come, this place quickly made a home in our hearts. Our only suggestion: have some coffee up on the roof while guests watch the balloons. Otherwise...perfection!

The staff were incredibly kind and attentive. The property and rooms are gorgeous and the breakfast was fantastic. There is no other hotel I would rather stay in while in Göreme! Thank you for such a memorable holiday !!!!

This hotel absolutely exceeded my expectations. It's located just a 5-minute walk from downtown Göreme, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. The property itself is beautiful, with charming facilities and a spectacular breakfast that was one of the highlights of our stay. Our room looked exactly like the photos—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed.What truly made the experience unforgettable was the outstanding service. *Mehmet* went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience in the city. He gave us excellent recommendations on what to do, assisted with tour arrangements, helped with special requests regarding our accommodation, and coordinated all our airport transfers both to and from the hotel. Thanks to his support, everything ran smoothly.I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel—10/10.

Fabulous hotel - beautiful design, large and very comfortable rooms, huge bathrooms, a great breakfast every day, lovely roof terraces with views over the town and a great place to watch the sunrise and balloons. The staff were lovely - very helpful and friendly. The gardens and all the plantings are beautiful around the property. A handy little bar open 5-10pm. On the edge of town so quiet at night but only 2-3 minutes walk to shops and cafes.

The staff, property, location, and view is phenomenal. They are more than happy to help at all times. And the view from the rooftop is phenomenal. Any concerns we had, they dealt with it swiftly and professionally. The breakfast is also amazing

The location is excellent, not on a hillside so walking is easy. Rooms are spacious, the rooftop view is beautiful where you can even see the balloons, and the garden is amazing. The staff are very supportive and friendly.

BEST STAY during the whole journey in Turkey！！！The room is spacious with great views both at sunset & sunrise. All the facilities are clean & cozy. The breakfast is substantial. All the staff is attentive, especially the gentleman at the reception. He looks cold, but actually he is really heartwarming, patient & reliable.

Everything is perfect！

We stayed at the Design Cave Hotel just for one night and it was amazing. It’s a great authentic experience to stay in a cave hotel. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly. We really enjoyed the terrace of the hotel for sunrise watching of air balloons! The breakfast is great: good variety of both Turkish and European food. Would be nice to have a breakfast start earlier though (around 7-7:30am). Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Stunning natural surroundings and very chic cave decoration, offering us a unique experience. The host is nice and helpful, proving us with lots of useful information and recommendations for food or attractions. The room is quite spacious, with courts, terrace.
