The location is brilliant.

The room I got was not as per the photo. I wasn’t even a cave room. Neither was there any view.

Great hotel with wonderful, very helpful and friendly staff. Perfect location, close to restaurants,view point . Delicious breakfast. Highly recommended

The breakfast was amazing! They offer a great variety of food items and everything was delicious. They were able to help us book transportation from the airport to the hotel. The underground pool was so pretty and relaxing during the hot hours of the day (there is also a Sauna which is a plus). The rooms were really spacious. About a 10 minute walk down to the city center (the way back is uphill but you can grab a cab if you aren't up for the little workout).

Wish they had room service, only because we had a 2 year old and she fell asleep early one night so we weren't able to go grab dinner.

We got a room upgrade for free and it was amazing!

Restaurant only makes breakfast so for lunch and dinner we had to go outside.

It was quiet, our suite was beautiful. The spa was amazing. All staff were very helpful

Everything, rooms and the hotel itself were of exceptional quality, both quality and amenities in the rooms

Pool was too cold so we used it once so that needs warming up; the lack of evening entertainment means hotel is very quiet at night and nothing to do so you have to go to the town which is only a short walk away

this place is pure perfection. The rooms were totally fantastic, much better then I could have wished for. Beds were super comfy and we got a wonderful sleep. Everything was catered for, even a terrace for smokers like me. TV stations in English, loads of channels and that was not very common in Turkey.The breakfast was just stunning, never had anything like it before in a lovely breakfast room with a wonderful view. What a treat. The spa was fantastic, wish we could have used it every day. And my highest praise goes to the staff who were incredible in how they handled all my questions and gave me all the help I needed, they really went far beyond what they needed to do and I am so thankful for that. They made our stay unforgettable. Thank you so much everyone.

The fact that there was no restaurant for the evening in the hotel

the rooms are very spacious. the breakfast was excellent. wasnt a standard buffet style. they bring you a platter of variety of items. very close to the center, a short 5min walk down the slope. the indoor pool/spa was absolutely amazing.

they dont serve lunch/dinner/snacks.

The property is located fantastically and is very well kept. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The staff are great and super courteous.

The massage rooms were a bit stuffy but the manager (Shaidha) took note of my feedback and immediately sprung into action. Loved the positive outlook of all the staff to address the issue

Our room was exceptionally unique and way beyond our expectations!!! We had booked a deluxe double room, but upon arrival it was upgraded to a king suite with a jacuzzi because of the shut-down of the wellness and spa center due to maintenance during our stay. The hotel staff compensated us with an upgrade to make up for the inconvenience, which was much appreciated. Upon request, the hotel also opened the sauna for us. Everyone in the hotel and the restaurant was was friendly and kind. The location of the hotel was nice, providing a fantastic panoramic view of Göreme. The center of the town was only a 5-minute walk downhill.

The imperial suite was amazing! Visiting CAPPADOCIA in Winter you can find snowy weather and relaxing in the pool and in the jacuzzi it’s amazing. Good breakfast, no buffet but good choice and taste.

Friendly and helpful staff. We were given a large and comfortable room (free upgrade). The hotel is located very close to the sunrise viewing point (5 minutes walk). The view of the balloons rising at sunrise is stunning.

Thé rooms were very clean and the view was very beautiful and the staff was very helpful .
