Ares Cave Suites

My friend and I stayed at two hotels in the city. Ares was spacious, clean, and beautiful. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast spread was very good.

breakfast was homemade, great service and great variety of nutritious food. special thanks to the night team and kitchen team for their support and care. Would recommend to book tours with them as well.

would have liked a late check-out to cater for late night flights.

We had a wonderful stay! The suites were unique, the Turkish breakfast daily was amazing, the rooftop views of the balloons was stunning and the service and hospitality by Berek and team was top notch. He helped us arrange all of our activities throughout our stay without a hitch and was always willing to help. Staff were all sinilarly kind and pleasant. The location was central and close to everything we wanted to see in Goreme. We would recommend to anyone coming to Cappadocia!

Beautiful Room. Rooftop view of hot air balloons. Great plentiful made to order Breakfasts everyday. English speaking helpful front desk staff 24 hours. A pick up location from hotel lobby for all the tours. Close walk to shopping and restaurants. Good water pressure in shower. This hotel is new-less than 2 years old rebuilt from an ancient structure. Very clean and spacious rooms.

We didn’t mind this but there are several levels at this hotel which means several stairs to navigate. This is due to the revision from the old structure is was build from. Even a few stairs to navigate down into the bathroom.If you are healthy, this isn’t a problem at all.

Cave damp and smelly...

Don't take the cave appartment with pool. I thought it would be interesting and luxurious. It was interesting but then the air was damp and smelled bad. Since it was clearly with plumbing and electricity, they could have also installed some air pipes. My lungs hurt from the bad air. It spoiled everything. Tv not working. The receptionist woke us up for the balloon tour, at 5 am. Wrong room: We didn't book a balloon tour... Toilet with no intimacy (no door at all...).

The room was excellent; spacious, clean, and very well designed, giving you a cave feeling without being claustrophobic. Everyone in the staff was VERY helpful and nice. The entrance to the hotel is beautiful and the terrace allows you to have a great view of the town at night or early in the morning if you want to see the balloons. Breakfast was great and consistent. We spent 5 nights here and truly enjoyed it.

Staff member Berk provided excellent service- he was very helpful, responsive and efficient. Breakfast was great! Location was perfect- so close to town.. nearby Turkey Ravioli Restaurant was also a great place to eat- great views and food! Our cave room was spacious, cozy and clean. We were very happy with our stay and highly recommend Ares Suites!

Very accommodating stuff. When we needed to take any kind of transportation they booked it for us or dropped us off at the station for the bus. They were always ready to help with any request. Special thanks to Berk!The accommodation in a cave is very unique to stay itself. Nice terrace for balloons watching in the morning. The hotel is small and cozy, not many people inside as it’s just a few rooms.In general very good impression.

Same breakfast everyday, but not a big deal

The style of the hotel and the rooms decoration, in addition to the staff kindness and being very helpful. The terasse has a very nice view.

My stay at Ares Cave Hotel in Goreme, Turkey, was truly exceptional. Their breakfast was delicious and the staff is attentive. Their service went above and beyond my expectations, especially in assisting me with booking local tours. They helped me find tours with reasonable prices and excellent service. Very honest guys.

Loved this hotel! The entrance is beautiful and the hotel is in a very nice location, where you can see the whole city from the terrace. Both at night and day, the view is amazing. The staff is nice and helpful. They offered us breakfast on the terrace and it was such an awesome experience. The breakfast was exceptional and full.

Be aware that you are staying in a cave so don’t be surprised if it is dark inside the room.

I stayed here for 2 nights with my family and we had amazing time in Cappadocia with the best hotel ever!The hotel location is really close to the center(~5mins walk) and there’s a rooftop which you can see balloons right away in the morning??I booked all activities with hotel (Jeep tour,classic car,private car to red tour,hotel transport) and they orginized everything perfectly with reasonable price.The owner and staffs are really lovely and helpful.They tried to help us with everything since we arrived.We booked 3 rooms and they are big and clean with different unique style for each room.The breakfast is Turkish style and it tastes good with many vary dishes.I really enjoy my time here and would like to recommend to everyone.

Ares Hotel is the perfect place to stay in Cappadocia! My partner and I stayed there and were thoroughly impressed. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable—we stayed in the King Suite, which was incredibly roomy and featured a large Jacuzzi that was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.I highly recommend booking everything through Berk at the hotel. He was incredibly helpful and arranged everything for us at the best prices, including our hot air balloon ride, ATV tour, photoshoot, Green and Red (Mixed) Tour, scooter rental, airport transfer, and even the Dervish show. Thanks to his assistance, our trip was smooth and stress-free.Overall, a fantastic stay—highly recommended!

Big room,helping staff,easy booking through berk

Good location and breakfast. The guy at the reception was really nice and helpful. Highly recommend

Breakfast was a judge disappointment, regarding offers and the way to offer. Cooked eggs like scrambled or others, prepared in to much oil and no onions, tomato or anything else. Most guest didn’t finish it. No fruits during breakfast. 2 guys from the hotel standing in the tiny breakfast room, overlooking the guest and giving orders to the kitchen. That’s not a nice breakfast atmosphere. Also the beds are not comfy, the pillows are a disaster. The room was smelly a little bit (cats). All together, for the price range the hotel is looking for, not recommended.

Stayed here for two nights just checked out today. The owner and the staff were very nice and helped us in every way possible. We booked our tours and balloon through them and they definitely arranged the best ones for us. And the complimentary breakfast was delicious!!!Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Would 100% recommend.

Everything but I would like to say that the guy from front desk call Berk is absolutely competent and helpful.He is a 19 years old but extremely responsible and has a pretty good English .I really recommend this hotel .

Everything was great !!The guys are soo kind and helpful.. They are here to make your stay in Cappadocia a great experience.The hotel, composed of a small number of rooms makes you feel comfortable and like you're at home.The rooms are clean, beautiful just like shown in the pictures.And the breakfast is consistant and delicious.The view on the rooftop is amazing ?I recommand Ares Caves Suites 1000% ?
