The room is clean and the staffs are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is luxury and delivered to room! The roottop view is amazing! Walkable distance to the Groeme center for food and shops etc.

Breakfast was served in the room because we were informed that the roof deck, where breakfast is usually served, was under renovation. Since we had an early flight, we checked out early; however, no one offered even a simple takeaway breakfast. Additionally, the issue with the wall heater in the bathroom was never resolved, despite being escalated on our first day. The bathroom needs additional lightning specially in the mirror area. The television was too small and not functioning properly. As tourists, a Smart TV would be recommended, as we were unable to watch Turkish channels.

We liked the location of this hotel and the view of the valleys from the rooftop. We arrived earlier than check in time and they made a room available for us before the check in time.

The staffs didn’t feel welcoming. Not once did they smiled when talking to greeting us. It was very stone faced reactions. There was no option for choosing our breakfast and we had to eat in our room.

During our stay they were fixing the rooftop where usually you can have breakfast so we had to have breakfast in the room.

Friendly staff, great location, great room service, good breakfast, really good value for the price! We had an issue with the shower head and they fixed it promptly!

The property was great! Staff was very accommodating, the breakfast was delicious, and the location was perfect. I would definitely stay here again.

The only thing that was annoying was other guests making excessive noise as if they are the only ones on the property. Also, I would suggest booking activities separately as the prices provided by the hotel are almost 3x as much as what they cost if reservations are made directly with the vendors.

The location was amazing, just in the middle of Gorem. The room was incredible, pretty cozy. The hotel also had a great terrace for pictures with the balloons and the breakfast is pretty good, a lot of variety.

Nothing in particular, everything was really good.

The reception staff was rude. The property didn’t provide basics such as toothpaste or facial tissues - even when asked for. The bathrooms were tiny. The breakfast staff wasn’t prompt on re-filling items.

This hotel had an excellent location, very cute curb appeal, the staff were kind especially Omar and breakfast staff, and delicious breakfast.

Our room was quite disappointing overall. The first room one we were given was very small, overcrowded with old, unnecessary furniture, leaving hardly any space to walk yet open our bags, so we requested a room change. While the second room was larger, it was infested with ants and bugs, and to make matters worse, the bed sheet had a dead bug and didn’t appear freshly cleaned. Thankfully, Omar kindly replaced the sheets that night, though I still woke up with a bite on my earlobe. I had also booked this hotel to enjoy the hot air balloons from the terrace, but due to rain, that was unfortunately canceled—understandably not the hotel’s fault. Overall, the stay fell short of expectations because of the cleanliness issues, bugs, outdated and crowded furniture, and lack of usable space.

Location is close to the restaurants and grocery shop. There is free parking. Room is a good size and clean. Staffs are wonderful and helpful. 24 hour reception.

The AC was not working and they couldn't even fix it. Unclean bathroom and room. Size of the room was smaller than shown in pictures. Very disappointed for the price.The washroom had pee stain also.The reason we booked this was for ac, and it felt a total waste of money.

Good parts:- location- a lot of terrace where you can have fun (about 4 terrace)- in general, staff its nice, but out of their "power" to change anything- reception staff very nice, specially there is a girl that tries all her best to help, but again, not much "power" to change things- the night shift guy help me with the bags - thank you so much!- at our leaving day, i asked for some help with transportation, the guy from reception called the company that we booked and he talk for us - thanks for your help!- in general everyone speaks English and even if any person does not speak, they understand so they can help you on your staying.

P.s. Regarding your answer, YOU NEVER ASISSTED ME AND YOU NEVER GAVE ME ANY ROOM ON 2nd floor! I was assisted by the lady from reception and that was all. If you made any confusion, I m sorry for you!We got first a room on the ground floor. Very noisy. We arrived at the hotel late into the night and we did not managed to get some rest because you can hear every single noise or talking next to reception. We asked and we got another room, on the 1st floor, which was a little quite than the first one, but the other conditions not the best.What we did not like:- room too small- fridge did lot of noise- you needed to "jump into the shower" to get out from the toilet- draining does not work really well - after a shower you need to wait about 20 minutes for all the water to go out so next person to get a shower- wire from the hairdryer was really exposed - i wonder what happen if something will get electrocuted- breakfast very poor, always same selection- smell into the toilet, sometimes you could feel the smell of cooked stuffI did personally asked to speak with the manager, to explain that we are in a holiday that celebrates our wedding anniversary and we would like a better room. He was smoking so nobody could disturb him. After that, the manager asked a reception staff to help me with the new room and to show me the new room. His help resume to the next question: "its ok?". I was expecting him to have little chat to myself, especially i did asked that i want to talk to him, but ok, most probably he was too busy to speak 5 minutes with us. I was even happy to pay more for a better room, (they have rooms in another building just next too, which looks a lot more quiet). After I ve got the 2nd room, I did not want to move again and again and again, i saw himself with no intention to give what we expect so i just left it that way.If you are looking for a basic clean space, that's your place.
