White Bay

Suite rooms are beautiful. Better than photos. Room is right on beach with balcony...FANTASTIC! We were 8 people and had 4 different types of rooms. Pay the extra money to get the Jr. suite or deluxe suite with Jacuzzi. Worth every penny.

The public beach is annoying and crowed. The Italians are dirty (leaving cigerette buds on beach) Hotel staff took 3 hrs bring our umbrella/lounge chairs on the beach. Hallway had musty smell. Breakfast was awesome. Dinner was terrible and overpriced

the beach there is about 2 feet wide. its very tiny the only good thing was the water was clear blue and beautiful. there is nothing in that village around the hotel.

the air conditioner was dripping water, this hotel is insanely expensive and says its 4 star, but its really a 2 star hotel, the breakfast was awful, theres no lobby or sitting area.

We chose White Bay for the second part of our honeymoon, and we are so glad that we did! The location is the key… Within a few steps from our room we were able to go directly to the sea, which is an amazing luxury! The bay is very nice and relaxing, and good for swimming. The place is a 25 min. ride from Syracuse, so we chilled at the beach during the day and went to Syracuse in the evenings. They also have spa service, I took an antistress massage from Donato, he is very professional and a great masseur. I can only recommend!

The breakfast could be better. Limited variety.

Beach access directly from the terrace. Wonderful little beach with clear turquoise water. Very nice and big room and from the bed, you can see the sea. The little whirlpool on the terrace was very nice when it got a little bit colder in the evening. The roof top restaurant with excellent and a perfect location.

location right on the beach . I mean you get out of bed and walk on the beach . The hotel was very clean. Restaurant on roof was expensive but gourmet.

The restaurant and the service was pretty nice.We received complimentary free parking during May.

The manager was pushing me with questions all the time.It was really noisy and we were asked for max 10 o’clock early check out, which I believe is too early based on our experience.During May we feel the village empty! There aren’t a lot of people around.

The Hotel and staff were nice and the room quite large. It was a bit out of season end of April which meant it was quite empty and the beach was not very apealing. No local facilities, shops or bars.

Wonderful location directly on the beach. Nice, simple, well designed rooms in a new purpose built building. Loved the room’s terrace with direct access to the beach. Great choice of pastries for breakfast at the restaurant overlooking the bay. Staff all very friendly and welcoming. The town is small and was very quiet in April, but there’s plenty to do within 20-30 minutes drive.

The sound proofing between the rooms is quite bad, luckily the neighbours weren’t very noisy but we could hear the TV easily. It costs €80 to use the spa privately for an hour and 15 minutes! No option for communal use.

We had a beach balcony room, that ment you could step from the balcony directly on the sandy beach and go for swimming anytime from the roon. That was amasing and makes this hotel exceptional.

Having to pay for parking

Fabulous location - your balcony literally steps from a small sandy beach. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We ate in the restaurant on our last night and all our meals were delicious. The hotel also treated us to an aperitif.

The hotel would benefit hugely from a private beach, particularly during the summer period. They also charged €15 per day for a sun bed on the beach.

- Beautiful hotel and views of the sea - Great breakfast selection on site with beautiful views of the water from the restaurant. - Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Use of private spa was excellent!

- Public beach front with loud parties at night making it hard to sleep. Too close to public beach when trying to enjoy balcony.- Not enough luggage racks to accommodate all guests

What more can I say. Our own pathway to the beach with less than 10meters to the water and even more WOW was having our own private pool on the terrace over looking the sea.The Staff were amazing with customer care at highest level. This location, venue, quality of meals are exceptional.For anyone interested, please book the wellness & Spa experience at Whitebay. You will be amazed. Thank you Sophia, Marika, Valentina for bringing us much love & care. We will be back.

The location is superb with steps from the room balcony right down on to the beach. The hotel breakfast is great, huge buffet with plenty of choice. The staff were very helpful and everything is spotlessly clean.

The bathroom is a little cramped but perfectly useable. On the Saturday night we were there the beach bar in the next bay played exceptionally loud music until 3am which we could hear in our room, not the fault of white bay hotel of course. For an evening meal apart from the hotel there are only three other places to eat within walking distance, all quite pricey and not much of a choice for vegetarians
