A jem. Huge room with calm colors, everything you need in the roo. Huge balcony with see view. Excelent breakfast and service. Smart electricity handling in the room. Short walking distance to the beach (beyong the street). Highly recommended

Very clean, modern and comfortable, rooms were very large.

Nothing, it was ideal all around.

Overall, we liked our stay a lot. The room was very spacious, modern, well-equipped and had a wonderful view from the balcony. The staff was helpful, friendly and polite. We also really liked the breakfast - as the selection varies every day, you never get bored. We visited in September, so there was plenty of free parking just outside in the street.

Leaving the windows open for the night is not really an option because of the ventilation system of the next door restaurant. When we turned the A/C below 24°C, we also started hearing a quite annoying water dripping noise from behind the walls. The built-in Alexa assistant is a funny gadget, but it was not working.

Superior Sea View Suite: The room has all the goodies. The property isn't that big but the room was amazing. Spacious room. Beach just across the street. Like 1-2 min walk. Lot of supermarket and restaurants nearby. One supermarket is just below the hotel. Very practical. The beach is also amazing.

Breakfast quality and options could be better.

Very clean, amazing hospitality and great customer service from the receptionist. Can’t recommend it enough!! It was our honeymoon stay and we extremely loved it. Will come back for sure. The receptionist Christina did an amazing job!!

Amazing location, next to many beach clubs and beautiful beaches. Breakfast was very good, even for sweet options!The staff was extremely kind - we asked to organised us a taxi from the airport and they took care of everything. Very spacious rooms with a beautiful view from the upper balcony and the rooftop. Beautiful gardens and flowers. The bed was super comfortable! Parking was very easy and the shops close by was super convenient.

Not a thing to complain about.

The hotel is very nice and clean, very close to the sea, cafes and supermarket is just downstairs. The staff was very nice and helpful. We are more than happy with the stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Lilium Luxury Suites so much! The interior, cleanliness, furniture, smart features, the view...everything exceeded our expectations! Would definitely come back next time we visit Crete!

Location was very handy near the beach front. Breakfast was great and had different things each morning which was really nice! Room was spacious and cleaning was very good.

This isn't really a negative but would've like the TV in the room to allow you to stream from your phone.

Spacious room, lovely sea view.The bathroom was large and towels were changed daily.On arrival we were surprised to find a basket full of fresh fruit and a bottle of sparkling wine in the room.Quiet during the night.

Parking is small, almost non-existent.Every evening when we returned to the hotel, we had to call Reception to move the car so we could park.Breakfast is varied but tasteless. The dishes give you the feeling that they are not fresh.There is no description for the dishes so you don't know exactly what you are about to eat or if those dishes contain ingredients you are allergic to.The breakfast staff is disrespectful.The tablet in the room did not work.

We did like the friendly staff that make us feel cozy during our stay into Lilium Luxury Suites. We had breakfast included (till 10:30 a.m. ) and we did like the large variety, local products and also fresh orange juice and lemonade which were included every day. The great beach bar is in front of the suites ( less than 5 minutes walking distanance), the supermarket is under the suites and you can find all you need. There is also a great local restaurant next to the Suites named Spiti ( try the Cretan salad :)) and is open for lunch every day ( as most of the restaurants opens around 16:00). The location is quite good with easy access to everything in and around Agia Marina.

There is nothing we did not like actually.

Amazing spacious and modern rooms, very clean and amazing view. You have everything you need in the room. The cleaning lady is very nice and the rooms are impecable. Breakfast is also very good and you have a nice view .

The place was good value/money, nice staff, very clean(everyday fresh towels&clean everything), ok breakfast(could be more diverse but it was good), overall a very pleasant stay.

All the staff were very friendly, suite was excellent, great position in agia marina.

I liked that it’s a high tech property. I also liked that the shower, the sink and the toilet is not in the same room. It was a plus that we had a clothes dryer and a hanger.

The table inside was a bit too small

It's been an amazing stay there. Staff is very friendly, 5min walking from a beautiful sandy shalow beach. Suoermarket straight underneath, restaurants and anything you could wish for is in walking distance. It's a high-tech room, so one has to like it too :) After few tries it's easy to use though. There is an equipped kitchen, bath supplies, comfortable mattraces.. anything you's need :-)

Only thing missing is a light curtain, there are only the thick ones which are not usable for the day, so people passing by see into the room.

Excellent location, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Beautiful sea view. The staff was very friendly and efficient, Very clean. The lady at the reception was particularly nice, helpful, proactive, and efficient. Breakfast was very good, just as we expected. A location where we will surely return!

The actual living space was a little smaller than we expected, but that's because there was also a kitchenette fully equipped. All in all, the room was nice and comfortable enough and very clean.
