Location was pretty but dated. Breakfast was excellent

While checking in at around 8 p.m , a staff rushed to sell us buffet dinner on on their Cretan night which started at 7:30p.m . She stood outside our room until we decided. We felt very rushed especially the dinner which ended being served at 9 p.m . So we had to eat very quickly as we only had 30 minutes. I regretted buying it. The bathroom was very small ( toilet and bath combo ) . We literally had water in the whole area everytime one had a shower so was hard to use toilet without getting feet wet. There is only one airconditioning unit ( in the bedroom) none in the living room where the twin beds are. Lucky for us it was not hot when we were here but it could be an issue in the summer. trash wasn't emptied every day, bed wasn't made every day, no soap for dishes in the kitchenette, dirty dishes, main room with no air condition, impossible music and noise during Crete night until 22:30

Very nice staff. Room was good for our family and in general very peaceful hotel, which was exactly what we wanted.

No heated pool. We barely used any of the 3 pools since they were both freezing. The breakfast and lunch buffet had a great selection and the staff was great but although the food on display was in catering shavers, the food went cold very fast. We made it a point to be there each day at opening so we can get the warm food

The whole experience was so lovely, from the amazing staff at the breakfast restaurant and pool bar to the lovely Elli who was always so helpful and welcoming. Everyone was always ready to answer any questions or give us the best experience possible and always with a smile on, specially lovely Natalia! The hotel mini market next to our rooms was so convenient as well and the lady working there was always making our day! The room cleaning services were so great and the cleaning staff were so so nice! Besides the amazing staff, the facilities were always on point and the atmosphere is great! Couldn’t ask for a better birthday stay! Staff and hotel was 5/5 stars ?

Breakfast was excellent and plentiful. A variety of items were offered such as eggs and omelettes, cold cuts and cheeses, fruits and yogurt of four different flavours along with many other items.

Our bathroom was a bit tight.

Fantastic hotel, food gorgeous and great value for money. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel spotless clean and well kept. We loved our stay, will definately be back

The rooms do need brightening up as they are very dull,dark furnishings and bed coverings Pool area beds and parasols need replacing as are old and warn out.These changes would make this an exceptional hotel as all the grounds and pool area are very pleasant

the location of the property just a few steps away from the beach situated on a small hill providing excellent view of the sea. Very clean property including the pool and infrastructure. Staff very polite and doing their outmost to make a guest’s stay very comfortable.

Comfortable bed, good breacfast

Very noisy from the main kitchen, the hotel is up on the hill, if you don't have the car it is hard to walk to the beach, it is not close to beach. Dosen't worth for the money. Also, be careful when make reservation, because when we made reservation the for the hotel the price was 614 eur for 7 nights, and when we payed they took 1044 eur from us. Very disapointed, we made complain to Booking but they wanted a print screen from the 614 euro price (i can go back in time and make a print screen, i never make one when i make reservation)

pros: nice view of sea. good room service for cleaning regularly. clean. comfortable bed. AC works well. champagne provided. local amenities and restaurants in walking distance and good bus line to main bus station for chania town.

hill climb to the room, breakfast area, pool and main reception area are not mentioned in the description. not suitable for people with mobility issues as it is very steep, tiring for even healthy people. if I knew I wouldn’t have booked Theo hotel. old facilities, basic and dull compared to main reception area. the only nice thing was the view. room itself is not impressive. bathroom light is not bright enough. small TVno coffees or teas not sound proof, can hear neighbours. reception staff initially were not helpful regarding excursions, told us to find out for ourselves elsewhere. but later on our last day a different member of staff was helpful/too late. Showers had cool/cold water no hot water and on our last day was just cold

It looked as though it has recently been refurbished. The food was what you expect from a continental hotel

Our room was dowdy. It needs refreshing and brightening up. Who puts a shower head 3 feet up the wall when we are considerably taller! Surely on ommission; no wine glasses in the room, after all it was a self-contained facility.

Good breakfast, amazing venue, good service, good pool area.

Old and noisy beds, rooms need updating. Almost every night fireworks (next hotel). Lots of stray cats fighting and hotel cat had kittens (and mother was on the heat again!! )

Breakfast is alright. Big selection. Pool area looks alright, although in May we were unlucky with the weather.

The rooms feel quite dated. Very uncomfortable, hard bed.

The hotel is amazing. The food exceeded my expectations and the staffs are very kind.
