Gorgeous hotel, it was so clean and beautifully decorated. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the food at breakfast and the pool bar were delicious. The pool area was really nice and relaxing. Location was perfect, so near to the beach and really nice restaurants nearby. Would definitely recommend, we stayed in October and it was exvellent value.

The rooms were a wee bit noisy

The Breakfast buffet on the rooftop was a great way to start our day! And the staff was very helpful with daily activity and meal planning.

Parking can be challenging but the manager let us use her spot!

I liked the hamam and the sauna very much, also the room was spacious and bright.

I did not like the fact that the bath water did not flow properly and spilled in the room, tragic.

I stayed only 1 night but it was enough to realize that the hotel is everywhere clean and the room so comfortable.The staff is very proffesional, I highly recommend it!

This beautiful hotel has a great location just 100 meters from the sandy beach of Agia Marina, the restaurants and shops. The room was big and very clean with comfortable mattress. The roof garden has an amazing sea view, where you can enjoy your drink. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, for sure we will stay again!

Nice Greek style rooms. Balcony with partial seaview. The terace on the top of hotel was the highlight and the margaritas..ohh!Very friendly staff?

Beautifully clean , spacious, cool, with sea views , short walk to beach and restaurants. Merakli Cretan restaurant gets the gold medal ? for location, staff, food, ambiance wonderfully friendly apartment staff . very comfortable bed, spacious flat for the 2 of us , with 2 balconies on a corner location . ask for room 29! Lovely quiet swimming pool with poolside snack bar .

breakfast : the cooked breakfast was cold and only whole basic fruits . So we only took this once, then self catered breakfast on our balcony the other mornings .

Very clean, room has everything, comfortable bed, good location, nice beach very near just across the road.

Very convenient location, close to beach, bus station and great restaurants. The room was ready in 10 min even though we arrived at 9:00am. They helped us rent a car at a fair price as well. Great staff overall.

The apartment was exactly as it was described it was exceptionally clean and fresh it was well equipped with almost everything you would need ,the bed was really comfortable and sheets changed every three days and fresh towels every two days .

Even though there was nearly everything you needed for your stay there wasnt a toaster in the room which would of been helpful .Also a few days into our stay and the swimming pool wasn't as clean as it could of been ,with a few ants floating about

The staff were lovely and very helpful with restaurant recommendatuons and booking. Also made a car hire booking for us.The apartment was clean and comfortable. The location was brilliant, 2 minutes to the beach and 5 minutes up the hill to the the restaurants in the old village.The roof top bar was perfect for an after dinner cocktail and the pool area was very well maintained. We arrived late and the key was as advised in the lock box with the details of our room.

Nothing, a slight mix up upon arrival with the room layout but sorted quickly the following morning whilst we had breakfast.

Charge for parking was unnecessary and very expensive. Also this wasn't at all made clear before booking.

Excellent hotel.Very beautiful room, clean and with nice design.Had everything needed for a few days vacation.The hotel is on a few minutes walk from one of the best beaches in the region.As well almost on the main street with all the restaurants and bars, shops etc.2 supermarkets are next to the hotel.Lovely and friendly staff.The younger girl(Stela not sure for the name) on the reception was super friendly and nice. Explained me all the highlights of the island from north to south and answer my thousand questions. Super kind and friendly. Beautiful roof top as well with sea view as well.
