Abella Hotel

It was convenient to the restaurants and bus stop. The pool was very clean and refreshing. We had plenty of towels. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially when you needed to get a taxi. Nice size balcony with sea view. Clothes drying line outside.

It was up a hill that would be hard for some travelers. Our room got a smell from the BBQ down the way every day, early evening till early morning. This made it difficult to open the windows or sit on the balcony to enjoy the sea view. Very small shower 2 ft by 2ft.

Our room was comfortable. Owners were so accommodating and kind to give us travel advice and were very attentive. Kitchen had everything we needed. We had a nice balcony and parking at the hotel.

The swimming pool is truly amazing and once at the hotel it is very quiet Very very good price

We were four and one of the beds was a sofa, which was a very hard surface to sleep in. Some of the pillows where a bit thin. The area was not optimal in my opinion

We loved Abella Hotel it was quiet and serene. The staff couldn't do enough for you and we're full of information and help on what to do and where to go. The hotel is in a central location bus stop outside if needed and the beach across the road. Plenty of restaurants literally on your doorstep. I couldn't fault this small family run hotel it was amazing and if I come back I would definitely stay again.Thank you

There was nothing we didn't like if I was being really petty the shower was small.If you have walking disability the hotel is on a slight incline bit was absolutely fine for us

Staff were exceptionall, so welcoming. Nothing too much trouble. Incredible value for money. Very clean, and comfortable, seaview room. Late check out was arranged with access to a fresh room throughout the day.. Pool was fantastic, very quiet, plenty of loungers. Good.poolside food and drinks. Good location, set back from the main road, near.plenty of restaurants, shops and the beach. 2 euro bus ride to Chania town.

The staff are wonderful! So friendly and helpful, couldn't ask for more from them. The location is terrific, a short walk to shops and eateries, plus there's a bus stop right outside.

Some of the fixtures and fittings are a little tired, plus we would have preferred pillow protectors on the pillows, but our overall experience was wonderful.

We had a warm welcome from Natalie and we were delighted with our Seaview room. The pool was perfect and there was bar service all day for drinks and snacks we had great fun with Theo the evening barman. Such a friendly place perfect for our 2 week stay. Minutes away from the best restaurants and beach. Super place kept spotless and excellent service. We will be back!

We absolutely loved our weeks stay at Abella hotel. Perfect location- across the road from the beach, shops and wonderful Tavernas. The bus stop is right outside the hotel for trips into stunning Chania. We had a beautiful view from the balcony but the pool area made it for us - spotlessly clean so relaxed and always a sunbed available. All the staff we met were so friendly and welcoming. We will be booking again for sure. Thank you Abella Hotel for a wonderful week! X

Lovely family run hotel, staff were so helpful and friendly. Rooms were spotless and cleaned daily. The bar and pool were very well kept plenty of seats and sun beds and no idiots rushing to save beds! The property is central for Agia Marina and a short walk to the beach. With lots of restaurants within a short distance.

Everything was good for us but the hotel is at the top of a hill so might be difficult for less able.

This family runned hotel exceeded all our expectations!The staff who runs the hotel is so welcoming and kind, they made us feel at home!The rooms and facilities are comfortable, we loved being on the ground floor and have direct access to the garden and pool area, while from the other side of our room we had a balcony with ocean view!!!The bus to chania stops just at the hotel entrance, which is so convenient.Plenty of shops, supermarkets and restaurants around, the beach is 3 minutes walk.There is a daily cleaning service which we didn’t really need but appreciate to have the option.We will definitely come back!!

The location and pool were awesome. The staff was friendly and really helpful. The space in the apartment was appropriate for a family.

The shower wasn’t setup well and made a mess every time we used it. There were tiny ants around the sinks.

The resort is beautiful even better than the pictures. The room had a great view and a balcony to enjoy a glass of wine at night. Cleaners were coming every day and fresh towels every other day. The pool bar makes the best frozen daiquiri and only for €8.5. Charoula the chef makes a delicious breakfast! And Natali the owner is everyday there making sure you feel welcome and assist with all activities or places you would like to visit!Kostas her husband was really helpful with adding an extra bed in our room for a last minute addition. jThe beach is just after you cross the road in case you are not a pool person. Highly recommended best value for money. We hope we will be back sometime soon!

Natalie is one hell of a great woman....she makes everything possible to enjoy Agia Marina and gives great hospitality to her guests....super pool and pool bar, great location, cleanliness, all 100%!

A wonderful place to stay. Very close to the beach but not too busy. Natalie and team were very friendly and helpful and made us all feel very welcome. The bar and food are lovely and very good value. The whole place is spotlessly clean. The pool is lovely and there are plenty of sunloungers and options for shade too. Thank you everyone at Hotel Abella we had a fantastic holiday.
