The rooms were immaculate, and everything smelled fresh. The staff paid attention to even the smallest details, which made all the difference.

The hotel feels fresh and eco-conscious—modern décor, spotlessly clean, and beautifully landscaped with gardens. Love the multiple pools and indoor wellness area. A resort that refreshes your mind, body, and senses.

We tried paragliding, jet‑skiing, and scuba diving right from the beach. The hotel helped arrange it all. Thrilling experiences by day, then relaxing by one of the six pools. A perfect mix of adventure and leisure.

Our double side‑sea‑view room had a spacious balcony, mini‑fridge, kettle, slippers, and quality toiletries. Daily cleaning was excellent. Comfortable beds and air‑conditioning made our stay restful and hassle‑free.

The pool area offered a calm space away from any noise. I enjoyed swimming in the clear water and then resting under the sun. It was such a pleasant way to spend part of my day.

From our smooth airport shuttle to the friendly reception and bellboys, everything was seamless. Staff remembered names and helped book excursions. Daily housekeeping was meticulous. A true 5‑star experience.

The staff really stood out. They were approachable, polite, and always willing to help without hesitation. Their positive attitude made the already comfortable and clean hotel even more enjoyable.

The spa is a highlight—massages, sauna, hammam, peaceful ambiance. We both tried the holistic treatments and felt rejuvenated. The gym right by the indoor pool was an added bonus. Spa lovers, this is your place.

The “Laguna” restaurant felt like a cozy trattoria by the beach. Pasta, salads, grilled meats—all superb quality. The seaside ambiance at sunset was unforgettable.

The poolside setting was beautiful, with well-kept surroundings and inviting water. It created a lovely atmosphere that made me want to spend more and more time there.

The service was impressive in every way. The staff were efficient and attentive, making sure everything ran smoothly. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and clearly well managed.

It’s easy to disconnect here thanks to the calm surroundings and clean accommodations. The balconies provide peaceful outdoor space with lovely views, and housekeeping maintains everything to a high standard.

The combination of pools, beach access, and cheerful staff makes the hotel feel welcoming and luxurious.

The entire property feels fresh, modern, and thoughtfully designed. Each pool area has its own charm, and the indoor facilities offer a nice alternative on warm afternoons. Everything works smoothly and reliably.

From the spa to the indoor pool, each facility feels well maintained and inviting. The staff at the reception desk always provided quick assistance with directions, recommendations, and small requests without hesitation.

Rooms are modern, tidy, and comfortable, with cozy bedding and well-kept bathrooms throughout the hotel.

The room service was really poor, in one week they didnt clean the bathroom. Always new towel was a little wet. The shower in our room was broken and we asked them more than 3 times to fix it, but they didnt do anyting... Against the pool cleaniness, the room service was not good enough...

We have found the hotel in the best location, just a few steps walk to a beautiful beach, with a free beach bar just by the beach, there are free electric cars going up and down the heel to take us to the beach and back to the hotel which is making it fun and very convenient to travel ;)We had some problem with our room the first day but MR. Manolis The Reservation manager changed our room to a beautiful room which made our stay an unforgettable trip, A big Thank you to Mr. Manolis :) That has made us to ignore a few issues in this hotel,Hence the reason i would love to give 80% of this credit to his kind heart xThe staffs are very friendly specially the restaurant’s staffs “ A big thank u to Mr.Estelios and Jenny for being very welcoming I need to give a honest feedback about the food! It was not our type and most foods were very salty or over-cooked, but in overall we had a relaxing time so i cannot give any rating less than 10 as i loved to stay at Galini See view xThank you Team.

We loved the themed buffet nights that offered everything from Cretan delicacies to international favorites. The Laguna Italian restaurant was a highlight, serving authentic pasta and pizza. It was great to have so many dining choices included.
