Great location. Reception staff was very helpful.

Very expensive for an average room.Restaurant food could be better.It needs a nice cafe/bar area.

Fab location

Reception staff were extremely slow and frustrating, room was delayed 3 hours for checkin, triple room had 2 beds and after 4 trips to reception and 6 hours later they squeezed another bed into the room which was not suitable for 3 adults. It was disappointing.

In the center so easy & car park underneath But room walls are so thin you can so much noise all night long

Absurd that you have to pay extra to use the lounge they call "vip", while prices are already to high.Feels very unwelcome that not all areas are accessable without extra payment.

The selection and variety for breakfast was great. Didn't get to the spa. Liked that there was parking available at the hotel. Parking spaces are small.

The noise in the halls unacceptable from other guests. At all hours. No consideration for other guests. Adults and children. Learn some manners. Talking on the phone, doors slamming, running down the halls, conversations, yelling.

Spacious, plenty going on, breakfast amazing.

In our opinion more staff required on reception, long waits for many guests checking in.

The boot room was cold and the spa could have been warmer

Breakfast with a great selection of food including fresh fruits. Spa with mountain view. We also appreciated the animation programs for kids, sports activities in the spa and gym and the live music in the evenings. Perfect location in the centre close to the bars and restaurants and in the walking distance to the skilifts. As experienced skiers we liked to ski mainly in the Laguna area (using Laguna lift). We were nicely surprised with the great organisation at the ski lifts that minimizes the potential lines and shortens waiting time during peak hours - skiers get into the lift more smoothly and faster than in Alpine skiresorts.

The building is worn down, the rooms are tiny (with a “view” into a wall), cleanliness needs to be better

The lounge area which we paid extra to access was too hot and uncomfortable. I overheard other guests complaining to staff as well but nothing changed. Can be noisy from other guests in the evenings.

Great location close to lifts. Awesome breakfast. Loved the pool/spa area after a days skiing. Also fab when the mountain was shut due to wind. Great lounge to meet friends in. Good gym

Very hot at night. Had to open the windows. Service at the bar was terribly slow. Restaurant wasn’t up to much. Don’t order burgers - we had to send ours back!

The property was very hot during the night and even with both windows in the bedroom open it was still unbearable, think there was a nightclub at the back of the hotel and the noise was terrible until about 5.30 in the morning

A million children in the ADULT spa area. Staff did nothing after our complaint.All other areas are also crowded by children and there is noise everywhere.
