    Cons -

    • The stay fell short for our expectations. The hotel was very noisy, which made it difficult to rest. We could ear the sound of people in the bar while watching a football game and children running and screaming near the rooms. Additionally, the price to access the pool was too high even if you couldn't use all the facilities in the spa. Also the mattresses were not comfortable. Besides this, the hotel stayed without TV. We reported the issue and when the problem was solved no one of the staff notify us or checked our room tv. I expected better conditions for the price paid.
    • some aspects of the spa should be included if you're staying more than 2 nights & some guide for English tv in the rooms would be good.
    • expensive and facilities not included in high price of rooms

We had a great time and the Melia was very comfortable, but too hot at night and struggled to sleep and then uncomfortably hot in the dining area at breakfast .

We paid extra for the Level, which gave us use of a private lounge with some complimentary drinks and food. Also the use of the Spa which was excellent, so good after a day skiing. One thing that disappointed us was. On the first day we had some water in the room, on the second day it wasn't there so we phoned reception and they said that it was only given on day one. Frankly, if this was a special level of service then including the cost of a couple of bottles of water in a room charge of £340 per night feels like something Melia should do..

The location, the service of the Level desk

We had room 4003, I think the people before us where smoking and every where, in the room and on the terras where old sigarets. This room has a hot tub, it was not possible to go into the hot tub because the water was not hot enough.

    Great location and good facilities.

Unfortunately for a 4 star resort the food was well below average (buffet) and even though half board ate outside the hotel. Also for children waiting until 8pm for dinner is not ideal. So food very disappointing and need improvement.

    Common areas and location

I was mistreated by the reception. The hotel charged me an extra brakfast fee for the second person in the room . Yet I was a singel traveller. When I have contacted them by e-mail prior to check in they have not responded to my comments that two breakfast instead of one was charged. When I have informed them again at the check in they have told me they cants do anything because I have booked my reservation over booking com. When I got a message from booking com that they give green lught to the change of reservation the hotel told me that I have informed them too late . When I have showed them my e-mail sent within 24 h after the reservation was made they have ignored this information and told me that I got a room upgrade which was a total BS . I had a regular room no views 3 floor no complementary water in the room .

    Location and staff

Had to Que for breakfast which only starts at 8am and all the hot food was cold and we were first in, and this was during the week and not busy . Wouldn’t mention it but it’s one of the most expensive central hotels so it should be better

The hotel was nice and ive stayed there before, amenities are good, nice breakfast, nice spa and the position is perfect

We paid 2700 for 4 nights (2 adults and a 13yr old) for a premium room.. The bed for my 13yr old was a pull out sofa bed very thin and on a slope, she didnt have 1 comfortable nights sleep. The room in general was old and small and definitely not premium, also didnt have the dvd player and coffee maker which was advertisedon your web site... when I questioned it in reception to make sure they'd given us the right room for the money they just said that some rooms were reburbished and modernised, this one wasnt and was the only one available for the 3 of us. When checking up on the web site I saw there were different prices of premium, mine being one of the most expensive, sure they would have given me a modernised one? Also very noisy at night time with children upstairs stomping around and running up and down the corridor at mid night... we seemed to be right in the middle with of rooms with young children. Value for money i would give a 0!

Loved the facilities - spa/games room for the kids.

Our room was so outdated and ugly, dark black with cheap net curtains, felt like a terrible 3 star. The room was dusty and they did not put enough robes and slippers in for the amount of people staying in the room. Small details but important. I don’t like arriving and having to call reception for things. The mini bar wasn’t re stocked the next morning. I’m afraid the room and the service is not up to standard for the money spent.

    Spa was great Location amazing

Room cleanliness questionableWet sheets put on to 2 beds Asked for adjoining or 2 rooms next to each other called at time of booking and followed up but on arrival couldn't accommodate

    7MahyarPosted on: 2-21-2025

The hotel is very close to cable cars and other amenities. The spa is very nice but too expensive. (€30 per person for 1.5 hours).

The hotel staff struggle to deal with the peak season.

    8DavidPosted on: 2-20-2025

Breakfast spread was amazing, but the room was very busy just before the lifts open. Best to go at 9am!

Breakfast was great, excellent location, they parked our car for us. The room was clean and cozy and the ski lockers were very useful.
