    Pros +

    • The friendliness of manager
    • Room and pool lovely . Breakfast poor.. a lot of work being done to hotel that was not mentioned when booking. We are pensioners and had to walk 3 corridors and 2 lifts to get to our room, get the lift to floor 3 the another lift to ground 2 where our room was.
    • I liked the Hotel itself the reception manager and sarah were excellent lovely personality very welcoming ,Brought my cases to my Room .Great service and so helpful. Staff in dining excellent

    Cons -

    • The noisy room above kitchens and near delivery vans , bin Lorrie’s etc. it was also VERY tatty and tired and none too clean; stained curtains, patched walls etcThe lack of nice sunbathing - dead palm trees added to the feeling of unkempt grounds along with the golf area which was tatty .Small pool for large site. No swimming area reallyLong way from beachPool tables and air hockey out of order lots so nothing for children to do in evenings as entertainment starts far too late, usually a mini disco or games is at 7/7.30 Also the tables were stupidly sited as couldn’t get cue straight because of walls, other tables and pathway .The general feeling was one of apathy and past its best. Shame
    • The walk to our room and some staff prefer to finish there conversation before serving
    • Their was chefs one gentleman didn't get his name ,and another called Dora no personality what so ever .very piggy .no good morning .wouldn't even answer you all the others were lovely ,and smiling and happy at their work and would always greet you .

All good. Hotel is clean, staff are very pleasant and there was always food that we enjoyed. The indoor bar area was not the best - not much atmosphere though there were one or two good acts on.

    Bad food

The food was horrible really really bad and same as the drinks shouldn't have bothered with all inclusive, and beds were two single rather than one big double and I paid for deluxe premium double there was nothing deluxe about it, shower was decent tho

We were disappointed to arrive and find building work going on. The staff & cleaners worked well to keep everything in order, but there was a lot of dust & alot of noise as well during the day. Often staircases were closed. We were surprised that we were not offered alternative accommodation in one of the other Bluesea hotels

Lovely clean pools and plenty of pool beds

No air conditioning (told not turned on in winter !) so had to leave balcony door open during night and difficult to sleep with noise outside from bar area and early morning cleaners .Lots of renovations so bit dusty and long way to get to rooms

    5DanielPosted on: 2-25-2025

My lad loved the pool, most of the staff were friendly enough

Very tired, desperate for an update / renovation. Cracked tiles, wobbly tiles, broken sunbeds, broken tables etc etc, plus the food was pretty awful. Not much selection at all, huge dining area for food prep but only a handful of stations in action. Our room was clean but the balcony was covered in bird droppings which were only cleaned once by the staff (the rest of the time I had to clean it after my little boy leaned on it and got plastered in it). Told the hotel reception and they pretty much said it was tough as there were no other rooms available. And the mini market on site were a complete rip off, nearly €4 for a packet of crisps! Bought a ball, within 5 minutes it was broke and again I was told this was tough.

    Breakfast ok ? Staff pleasant

Rooms very dated and worn out needs modernisation urgently

    8FionaPosted on: 2-16-2025

The outside facilities are beautiful, the pools the games areas. The reception area is lovely or will be once the painters and workmen leave. I would recommend checking that the work is finished before booking as it was a bit noisy...no relaxing late rising.

The distance to the main areas is a bit of a walk. We had to take a taxi most days. The breakfast was a bit boring, the same thing every day. The hotel is massive so be sure to ask for a room near the lifts. Our room was almost at the farthest end of the property and we had to take the lift up to the floor above then walk down because of the work that was going on

The food was excellent, the sunbeds were exceptionally clean and the room was spacious. Staff were friendly and on hand to answer any questions

Room was minimally cleaned each day ie beds made and floor mopped, no bins emptied, towels changed or sheets changed in 4 days

    4MarkPosted on: 2-12-2025

    The pool

The food was awful. The breakfast was just the worst I’ve seen no better than slop. It’s a shame as everything else was ok.

    5RebeccaPosted on: 2-5-2025

The entrance area was pretty. The staff at reception were helpful.

The rooms are outdated. The sofa bed was broken. The drinks were awful. No matter what I drank there was a nasty taste. All inclusive waste of money. Bar staff were rude and not friendly. The food was bland.

    6BarbaraPosted on: 2-4-2025

    The lovebirds in the entrance

The location was away from the beach, restaurants and bars. We had to ask for shower gel and hand wash that was advertised as been in the room but wasn't. The food was canteen standard and Luke warm. Needed tea and coffee facilities in the room

The rooms were large and clean. The pool area was spacious and there additional sunbeds in the large patio area. It was a good value short relaxing break.

Everything was spot on! An exceptionally cheap short trip!

Food is excellent. Rooms large and comfy. Staff really helpful and nice.

    7KathreenPosted on: 1-24-2025

    The pool and indoor games

The options for food are limited and breakfast seems to be the same everyday

    3KarolinaPosted on: 1-20-2025

Most staff were ok, I liked that there was a way to the pool close to our room. I liked the lifts. I liked that there was a jacuzzi.

Food was cold and no variety. Lack of pool towels available. No info leaflet in the room about what’s available on all inclusive, not easy access to jacuzzi. Poor selection of drinks with all inclusive. Inconveniently locked back entrance to the hotel.
