Apartment was massive and really clean, food was Amazing and all the staff were lovely.Big shout out to the entertainment team and bar staff.Had a fabulous holiday

Room finish a little tired. Woodwork/doors scruffy & needed a coat of paint/refresh. Very easy to fix. Furnishings & bed good.

Freezing cold kids pool, double bed was 2 singles pushed together, smaller selection of food compared to other large hotels.

The staff Is Amazing and very friendly, good food and warm pool. Not too far away from the seaside, which is nice. Good quality/price.

The spa Is pretty old and not very clean

We had a big room. The bed was good. We rented a car, so no complaints about the location of the hotel. There was parking on the street before the hotel. Staff was friendly.

We had a room with AC, however it did not work a single time during our stay there. As we were on the ground floor, it was too dangerous to leave the windows open (persons could just walk in). Even in December, it was too hot/moist in the room to be without AC. Looking at the reviews, AC is often not working. There is a "wellness", although I would not call it one. The facilities are outdated and not maintained. At night there were cockroaches in the bathroom. Only one pool out of the 3 outside pools was heated, which was a pity. Breakfast was elaborate, however it was the same everyday and the churros/pancakes tasted like cardboard.

Breakfast buffet was good. Entertainment team were very friendly. Pool was good and plenty sunloungers

We arrived to a double bed instead of a twin room, reception says its an issue with booking site even though its clear on the booking. Couldnt share a double with 12yo daughter. They offered to get moved to a room up the back beside the kids pool and I refused. So we settled for using the sofa bed. Then cleaner made up the sofa bed with blanket from the closet, when she left we noticed it was disgusting like someone had wiped snot all over. Very easy to see and clearly not washed. On last day I dropped a glass in bathroom which shattered across the floor so couldnt use bathroom to shower etc before leaving. Told a cleaner at 8.30 who says they would come sort it as they were a few doors along. Then told reception at 9.30 and again at 10.30 and each time got told someone will come. Had to move the glass to the side and shower in my sliders then cleaner turned up at 11.30 as we left. Very poor customer service which is a shame as all very friendly. Defo not a 4 star based on this

Spacious and comfortable with a great gym! Really was a great experience! Fantastic staff and really helpful.

Didn't like that everything was charged to the room. It made keeping track between the guests difficult. Or if each guest had a card each to charge to ..that would have been better.

Food poor ,good selection however the service area doesn't work , preventing the food to stay warm , some food overcooked, some food under cooked , majority of breakfast items cold.?

I was given a suite with a living room, two bedrooms, a kitchen and bathroom. The staff, particularly Santiago, were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good.

Not the hotel’s fault but it’s just a bit up from the main promenade although they do provide a shuttle bus

I have traveled from America to Meet with my family and did a Lanzarote trip. I have loved every minute of it! I have a wonderful time at Vitalclass it was so relaxing. Thank you so much to all the wonderful stuff that took care of me. Ive had a beautiful room with terrace and jacuzzi! The view was beautiful.

Not many vegan dishes.

Domenico was exceptionally helpful for us. We arrived earlier than check in time and the team tried to accommodate our earlier arrival (particularly as we had 2 toddlers) with us. Prior to arriving Domenico reached out to us to see if we needed anything for our stay, I informed him that we had vegan diets and if they could provide some vegan options at meal times this would be helpful. On arrival he shared a vegan /vegetarian menu for us to chose from so that we could order food in advance of meal times so we had a suitable option. These were very tasty. There were also a mix of options that were suitable which, following some feedback they managed to reduce the meat in some salads and pasta sauces, enabling us to have more options. I provided some feedback in our room that my independent toddlers couldn't use the bathroom as they would normally because the sink and toilet was too high. Domenico found a suitable stool from the children's area which the children could use to elevate themselves to carry on their independent self care routines. The hotel utilises WhatsApp which is really helpful. Particularly if you are out and about. We found ourselves struggling to get a taxi, so calling Domenico on WhatsApp to order a taxi for us for us was really helpful. All hotels should use WhatsApp for guests to communicate with during their stay! Talking to other guests in town who were also struggling to get a taxi they were jealous of the WhatsApp feature that our hotel provided. Lovely hotel, lovely food and great hospitality.

Nothing major but having to carry your hotel card to the bar each time was a little annoying particularlywhen you forget it in your bag as you are in the pool. A wristband would have been more convenient.

Me and my family have absolutely loved our stay! Because of my husband’s Birthday, Domenico upgraded our stay to a room with a Jacuzzi free of charge! He was honestly so kind and helpful. He made sure that we were happy and checked on us almost every day. The rest of the stuff was supper lovely too. Always smiling and so welcoming. I have loved the gym area. You will find everything you need to have a great workout! They have an outside area with monkey bar and inside gym. Lovely spa too! I know I have said thank you so many times Domenico, but I’d like to say thank you again!

Rooms were quite large and the main pool was heated

Cleanliness wasn’t very good. Plates and cutlery in restaurant dirty. Very disorganised activities. Poor range of food.

They staff were very accommodating and very approachable. The rooms which were more like apartments with separate bedrooms and kitchens were very clean and spacious and cleaned every day. The food was varied and well cooked. Plenty of choice.Plenty of sun beds in different areas of the complex.

Although there was plenty of choice with food it could be quite bland and that’s understandable with so many peoples tastes.
