H10 Lanzarote Gardens

Very clean and staff very friendly. Food was very nice.

Good selection and attentive waiters.

Noisy children in droves

We ended our stay very quickly and cancelled because of the standard.

Rooms dated and tired even refurbished ones. For H10 this was up to standard as a 4 star facility. More like holiday camp.

Nice big room with separate lounge area. Mini kitchenette.

Bedding, way too many sheets and lose quilt pads with metal poppers. One you freed up the top bit after cleaners insist on tucking it all in it all went everywhere and I got tied up in it every time I turned over.

A very nice spacious apartment…pool area lovely and breakfast superb…I have never seen so much choice at breakfast time from 5 or 6 different types of yoghurts to all sorts of bread cakes and pastries

The only problem I always have is being a vegetarian and no dishes have a label with the ingredients listed and I am sure if you have a nut allergy this would be imperative

The resort was well curated and organized, with a lot of different high quality food for the buffet, helpful staff and a pleasant building architecture that matches the building styles in Lanzarote.

Lovely family hotel. Good sized apartments and clean

Bathrooms are a little tired and needs updating

The toilet seat had a chip in it, the panel.around the shower screen had rust on it there was marks on the wall and in general the room looked tired compared to the first time we went in 2019

Food was poor. Room cleaning was awful.

Staff extremely friendly especially restaurant staff and bar. Facilities very nice and clean. Swimming pools nice and not too overcrowded.

Laundry/drying rack on the balcony was a bit dirty also tv remote control otherwise everything else spotless clean.

On the lower level next door to our family

Connecting door was not available, tried keys on both sides.

Food was excellent - don't listen to the 'chips with everything' reviews. The food choices are first class. Location of the hotel is perfect. Nice walks to the beach and shops/cafés.

No negative issues whatsoever.

Ground floor.Easy access to pool and restaurant

Family suite was perfect for a family of two adult and two small children. The terrace was very spacious. We booked half board, and ate breakfast and lunch at the restaurant everyday and take away from nearby restaurants at night.
