Comfortable room with plenty of storage space and beautiful view of the ocean. The Christmas dinner buffet and ala carte sit down dinner were both excellent. (However normal meals were a little under par.)

We paid for full board in order to get free drinks, however, we were very disappointed that the main bar had watered down the bottle of Bailey’s Irish Cream that they served us from while our friends who were half board and had to pay for their drinks got normal Bailey’s. We watched them pour from separate bottles and they tasted distinctly different. And one of the bartenders was a bit of a crank, which was unpleasant.

Over-worked restaurant staff. Far too sub-standard food. They can't either cook or serve red meat. Also, first time ever in a Spanish restaurant they never serve Serrano ham, seriously?? I had to ask for it, it only worked once though, after that I got "we don't have Serrano ham".

Nice room with excellent view. Fantastic staff. Really well run restaurant, excellent food cooked lots of selections of vegetables and very nicely cooked. no crowds at meal time, hotel never felted crowed even though it was full. Great location with beach next to hotel.

Wifi terrible/unusable. Gym terrible, mostly of outdated and broken of equipment. The one working treadmill would turn itself off once you went over 13kmph. Pool was cold. 15.40 euro to use the safe for the week was a bit cheeky. Had only one encounter with rude staff member in reception when I went to return my towels and settled my bill for the week, no biggie. Overall it is a well run hotel with lovely staff.

Lovely room and the views were incredible. The food for half board was all absolutely fine. lots of choices. A lot of rhe reception staff were great. our party had some trouble with some of the bar staff and one of the duty managerswenwere accused of abusing the all inclusive element of 2 of our party as they had booked a suite. We had to prove that the drinks they had ordered they drank. It was humbling and totally unnecessary as allow us on half board had drinks bills on our rooms. 1 of the bar staff actually shouted at us a few times. their all inclusive and half board systems need work.

Location was great, on the beach, 15 minute taxi from airport. The staff were happy to help at all times. It was spotlessly clean throughout.

Breakfast was good in general but bacon only available every 2nd day. Dinner was very, very disappointing. Buffet style was fairly chaotic and the food on offer did not meet our expectations.

The food was terrible not a lot of choice, it was warm not hot, we were half board and ate out most nights. staff were quite miserable. Lots of other silly gripes

Didnt enjoy food , poor choice and quality ,poor wifi in deluxe rooms , poor shower in room with water going hot and cold , bar staff rude at night . Had been before 2 years ago so can compare the drop in standards .

Great location on the sea front, in the centre of the resort, close to shops, bars and restaurants but not so close as to be noisy. Staff were mostly all very friendly and efficient. The room (Superior Double ) was light and airy and a good size. There was sufficient draws and cupboard space and sufficient coat hangers. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. The bathroom was spacious with a good shower. There was a magnifying mirror which with the good lighting was fine for doing obes make up.Breakfasts were great, a big selection which varied daily and of a good quality.The pool area was very clean and we never had a problem finding a sunbed. These were comfortable and easy to move.Very clean

We really didn't like having to wear a wrist band for the duration of our stay. Surely a four star hotel can find a better way to identify it's guests than this.It would have been good to have had a pool service rather than having to walk to the bar for drinks.

We found the food hit and miss , always something to eat but warm not hot . We were half board, would have liked an option of just breakfast but not offered .

We liked the location and the room with balcony overlooking sea.

We liked breakfast and lunch, but didn't like the buffet for evening meal. We were half board so swapped dinner for lunch. So ok.

Very clean, great location and smooth check in process with majority of reception, housekeeping and restaurant staff all very helpful and friendly. Great selection of breakfast options . Location right on a beachfront and great access for swimming. Ple ty of sun loungers at the pool.

Disorganised on half board framework. Confusing and inconsistent t ways of operating. You cannot pay for anything and can only add to your room...sometimes getting a receipt sometimes not, sometimes signing sometimes not. Some of the bar staff are almost rude when you say half board. Lacks a pool bar or anywhere to get any form of lunch if not on All Inclusive. One very rude manager we dealt with who was disrespectful to an elderly relative.

Overall a great stay, have stayed a few times and it is always fantastic and relaxing. Staff really try their best. I love the location of this hotel. The beach outside is the most perfect one on the island and being able to just walk out the gate and be there is fantastic.

The one area that lets the place down, and something which I think would be a simple fix, is for the food which is buffet - is to have better labelling on the food. For most of the time there items were incorrectly labelled or just no label at all. The room I had was also quite loud as it was above the bar/reception so when there was music past 11pm it was quite loud if you were wanting an early night sleep.
