Pros +
- The resort was lovely, pools were not crowded and enough sunbeds at the time we were there (Oct midterm) - I liked the architecture of the little houses. Lots of shops and restaurants around.
- Good size room, pool in every section/block.

Cons -
- Cockroaches in my room even in my bed. Absolutely disgusting. Was moved room down to the beach front but loads of missing tiles. I fell & have a black eye. Worst experience in a hotel ever.
- The "rooms" could do with a bit of an upgrade - the sofa was quite dirty - especially the arm rests
- Building works next door, starting early in the morning.

Location
The welcome bottle water left on the table was bleach!!
The set up with the rooms facing the pools was ideal for us. The layout of the rooms was good. The gym area was great.
The complex and especially the rooms were dated and are in need of modernisation. It felt like a budget AirBNB rather than a hotel. The room was also slightly unclean (quite dusty in areas and rusty bathroom fittings). We found a few cockroaches in our room also. Given that it was a self-catering apartment there was limited cutlery/crockery.
The staff were friendly and accommodating to change our room after constant banging throughout day due to an apartment in block having kitchen and bathroom ripped out and for renovation of a owned apartment. Also window in bedroom didn't close and let wind right through the apartment throughout first night and building works across the road also. We're moved to other side alot quieter but sofa needs replaced as base was made up of laminate flooring and wood and had to watch the couch didn't collapse
The apartments need a face lift, gym could do with more cardio machines ie treadmill and more than one cross trainer. Weigjt machine was okay but I was unable to adjust the height for the multi gym
The location of the hotel right on the beach and the large size of the room
Our room needed renovation.
Weather wasn’t the best. Then went through a natural disaster. All things taken into account the resort lost power for 7-8 hours. Didn’t have water for a day.Found the supermarket very expensive, a lot cheaper if you walked half a mile up the road.Breakfast at la Hacienda ok.Bad experience at Mai Tai. Waited 15 minutes to be served. Then they took my order and disappeared.Table next to us had been waiting an hour for their food only to be told after that the oven had broken down.I tried to ask the waiter about my drinks order who totally ignored me so we left. The complex has not changed much in 20 years when i last visited. Everything in the apartments were the same.apart from the hob maybe. The doors didn’t open and close properly. Wi-Fi very poor. At least you could get British tv on.Everywhere became slippery when wet.
I loved the great location for my training holiday! It was perfect for accessing all the facilities I needed, and the area was quiet yet close to everything I wanted to see. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a productive getaway!
The kitchen in the apartment wasn't very safe; the press doors and drawers felt unstable and seemed like they were about to fall apart. The bedroom door was also uncomfortable to use, and there was an annoying squeaking noise when opening and closing the doors. Overall, it didn't cause major issues, but it could definitely be improved.
Location was good
Balcony door had terrible draft. No blanket on the bed only a sheet and when I asked a member of staff at reception they were very rude to me saying madam it’s 1am to which I replied I couldn’t get to sleep because I was cold,The bath where the paint had chipped scratched my bottom,The bedroom door only opened half way unless you yank it.No black out blinds or curtains so was awake far too early because of the sunlight,
I loved the apartments set up around the different pools. The private beach area is gorgeous and the bar at the sea front with pool is stunning.
I liked everything about this hotel.
The location was about a 15 minute walk to the main strip along the beach.
I was a solo female traveller and didn't feel 100% safe while staying. I moved rooms as my first room was far from satisfactory. The lock on the two patio windows (which acted as the door) didn't feel secure at all . When you pulled at the door there was a huge gap that my hand could fit through even when the door was locked. With enough force this could've easily been pulled opened. This same issue was present in my second room i moved too. The bed was a pull out murphy style bed . Which had a huge gap so there was no headboard or back . There was a big gap behind the bed which was dusty and unclean. I had to use the couch cushions as a headboard/neck support. The shower head was practically falling off the wall and i had to hold the shower head while showering as it wouldn't stay in place on the wall. The resort itself was ok it would’ve been a better stay if the rooms had been better maintained.
very relaxed atmosphere beautiful walks and a gorgeous deep bath..spacious apt nd all facilities in kitchen ..got all channels on TV
all good ..
Beach front room
How steep the ramps were with no grip hard to walk up or down with a pram
Location great to take a walk into the town along the seafront to the bars and cafes, or to walk in the opposite direction on a coastal trail in nature, away from the town. Multiple swimming pools.
Hotel room was in terrible condition, very basic and definitely not 4* more like a 2 or 3 * maximum for the apartment. Broken mirrors, terrible decor, thin very small towels for the bathroom, bath/shower breaking, very cheap basic bed with no cover on the duvet, bad pillows, sofa bed looked old and broken. Steps up to the apartment room were also broken and nearly slipped down the steps. No privacy door on the balcony between neighbours balcony. Poor amount of complimentary toiletries for the bathroom. Went to use the tennis court, which is also broken, the net was held up with some pieces of old broken wood with lots of rusty nails sticking out of it! Outside bedroom window was a noisy construction site which started at 7am with cranes and diggers and pneumatic drills. No black out curtains or shutters, just thin old curtains.
Location was OK, further from the square than we thought. Very quite. Like that the pool was very close to apartment, would be good when weather was very hot.
The kitchen in apartment was very badly equipped. No cereal bowls no bread knife no egg turner. Couldn't even have breakfast never mind cook.
It was lovely and relaxing rooms were very comfortable
Smelt a bit musty Funiture a bit out dated and the step down bath a bit dangerous
We only stayed for 1 night as we were travelling to another part of Lanzarote. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The reception area, which housed toilets were immaculate. The onsite shop was very good.
Rooms were a little dated and in need of upgrade. The who place just felt too big but thats a personal choice as we could see how good it could be for families. It was a little bit far out but Costa Teguise just seemed to be that way compared to Playa Blanca.
Everything was just above expectations! There was lots to do within the resort. Such a family oriented place. Not forgetting to mention the staff was so friendly!!
I loved all. Just the smell of the bedroom was the only one bit. It smelled like mould, especially with me being asthmatic. However my husband swears by he couldn’t smell. overall was great !
Good location, good facilities friendly staff. Everything you needed was on your doorstep. Spacious rooms, cleaned every day.
I would have given a 10 out of 10 but the main pool’s boiler had broken the pool was extremely cold to swim in.Not enough info about the services on offer.
