Oasis Lanz Beach Mate

The breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of food to choose from. We also paid for dinner, where I enjoyed large mussels, paella, soup and beef. I’m a big fan of seafood, so the meals were a highlight for me. The bed was more comfortable than in the other hotel I stayed at. Overall, a good stay.

My room was located next to the power system for the swimming pool, so it was a bit noisy in the evening and I had to keep the terrace door closed. The water flow from the shower was very weak, so the shower wasn’t very enjoyable, and there was an extra charge for parking. All in all, for this room price, I expected the facilities and services to be better.

Location, cleanliness, staff, excellent breakfast. Everything.

The location is the best thing about this Hotel, it is right in the main area for Restaurants, Bars and also very close to seafront.I also liked that we had British TV

The room we had was a family room, it was large and comfortable, it had an outside sitting area that had absolutely no outlook, to be fair, we booked not long before our visit so this was probably one of the last rooms.Also, throughout our stay we had workmen working just yards from our sitting area, no view and workmen, not ideal.I also thought the food at night was pretty poor, we had the Buffet two nights out of five, it was ok, nothing more.

Location was so central & the breakfast was excellent, really liked the fact that they had a separate section where you could get omelettes made up.

Great location,excellent hotel furnished to a high standard.Good choice and quality for breakfast.Very friendly helpful staff who went above and beyond to put up decorations in the dining room for my daughter’s birthday.Well done to all the staff.

Breakfast was very nice, lots of choice, fresh food. The room was big and comfortable. Location is great as well.What I like most about this hotel is that it is very small (compared to big resorts). And one more important thing - the water in the pool is very warm. I imagine it has more than 30 degrees Celsius. Perfect for winter vacation.

There were quite a lot of ants in the room.

We have been here twice before. We love the location and lovely suite. Breakfast is great with lots of choice. Staff very helpful and friendly.

That our towels were taken away from sunbed when we went for breakfast, even though there were plenty spare beds. The room was not cleaned efficiently. Still crumbs on floor, dirty sink and shower not cleaned properly.

Wonderful hotel, the location was perfect, it felt very secluded, with a quiet, peaceful environment, lovely helpful and informative staff, room was spotless large and very modern. The only thing to be mindful of was you had to be fast to get a sun lounger, but as we went out most days we didn't mind. Oh and the pool was heated 'fantastic' because the sea is cold but refreshing. Breakfast was a very selective continental, plenty for everyone. We would recommend this hotel. It's

Two great pools heated. Breakfast exceptional. Reception staff very polite and helpful. Fantastic location for the resort.

No bar for evening drinks. Building works gave a poor outlook from our terrace. It was a building site. The hotel could have used some foliage covers over the sibcas fencing so it gave a better outlook. It would not have been expensive to do this…..

Very nice and cozy hotel, super clean and modern, nice pool areas that despite some people never really felt too busy...Rooms are very spacious and clean, larg bathroom was a great match for my daughter. Staff very friendly and supportive, food for Breakfast and Dinner was excellent.

USB sockets next to bed did not work, a little disturbing noise from the construction site on the hotel area which they expand aditional facilities...

The parasols around the pool are now dirty and in very poor condition and need replacement- an increase in the over number would also be appreciated

Super breakfast every morning, very friendly staff, modern rooms, excellent location. This was our second visit to this hotel and we will definitely be back again.

Central location and clean with efficient service. Food was pleasant and staff nice.

Tad noisy with some building works outside and a bit noisy with loo flushing down pipes within walls if you are on the ground floor. Toilet could be a bit smelly with drainage system.

Breakfast was ok-ish and the two pools are big enough.

Rooms were not comfortable. They are not sound proof and there was too many light coming into the room, with shades not being enough to cover it. We woke up everyday as soon as the sun rises. Beds were not comfortable too with bed covers too light for this time of the year. You could easily wake up in the middle of the night freezing. Despite pleasant and very welcoming, staff service could also be better: we were only told we would have to pay for the hotel parking on the second night, they were short in staff in one of the days making breakfast chaotic and opening the pool bar very late. Not big deal but we were also told we would get a bottle of water the first night in the room and we never got it.

Very clean .. beautiful pools and lovely food

The room was clean but had a twin switched to a double room so there were no bedside tables or reading lights near the bed. I had asked before we arrived if we could have a double so this was disappointing .

From the moment we arrived we felt very welcomed. Got our room at 2pm approx and we were delighted with the decor,view and location . Will definitely be booking oasis lanz for later this year. Loved it

Absolutely nothing.....not one complaint

Great location at the heart of the resort. Huge good standard of room and all round grounds and facilities were kept really well. Staff are very friendly and were always accommodating. Heated pools are a big plus in January

Had a bit of noise from the building works going on to extend and improve the hotel further but our room was quite close to the works and some mornings the banging started at 7:30am. I knew we would have a bit of noise from the works but I did think this was a little early to start. For the most part though it was fine.

Great hotel in good location. Warm welcome. Lovely room, view of pool and sea. Excellent breakfast too.

Would have liked a lounge bar for the evening.

Nice hotel with wonderful swimming pools in a very pretty setting. The breakfast buffet is really wonderful, better than just about any hotel we've stayed at. The hotel is right next to a wonderful beach path and on the other side is the town of Costa Teguise with tons of restaurants and shops.

Our room was a bit dated. There are renovated rooms available, as we could see into the neighboring rooms which looked a lot more modern, so I'd suggest requesting a renovated room. There is construction going on to add retail on to the street side of the hotel, so it might be noisy during the day right now if staying on that side.
