Bed very big and comfy

The air conditioner is not cool enough to reach the bed and is only cool enough to reach the area in front of the bathroom, making it very hot at night.

They didn’t clean the room correctly, the room services was poorNo one told us about the safe in the room you got chsrged 3 euros a day to have the key.

We were half board value for money.Food good excellent and varied selection every night .Room and spa bath was lovely .Nice towels and hairdryer and clothes steamer in the room .Room was very clean .

The fact that people were putting towels on there beds at 7am around the maon pool ridiculous. Went to beach instead .

Hotel was great,was a break to celebrate my partners birthday.Staff were very welcoming.The hotel sent a bottle of bubbly to the room,which was a nice touch.Close to some nice restaurants and bars.Would definately return.Only drawback was it was very windy during our short stay,but with a variety of local bars and restaurants nearby wasn't a problem.The sports bar had live music on the first night,who were excellent.Brekkie was great too.All on all a very enjoyable experience.

Comfy bed and the food

A small hotel with sunbeds like sardines in a can. No outside area within the hotel to sit for drinks etc. Everything very cramped. The hallways and stairs were not cleaned.

The location was perfect, the breakfasts amazing, the staff are brilliant, pool temp fine, the facilities in general were fantastic! We had to book 12 hours before our flight out due to flooding and when we got there our room was ready for check in early too! We booked a day out on a Catamaran too with the help of the staff, so thank you so much! :)

We stayed at this hotel in April 2025 . Nice touch with the glass of bubbles on arrival. We stayed in room 1015 with a hot tub inside the room . The room was in a corner of the facility were views where obstructed and when we looked over the balcony the was some steel cylinders which where noisy. There was also building going on next to room . Service in the pool bar was very slow, with staff more interested in talking to each other, rather than serving the customers. While checking out we were advised that there was a taxi strike and with the bad weather some roads were flooded. I asked a member of staff if the hotel had organized some bus transfers , knowing that there was a taxi strike and they just told us that it wasn’t their responsibility. We ended up walking out to the main room to see if we could hitch a lift, thankfully soon guy and his mam gave us a lift . I don’t really put bad reviews up , but was really upset with the level of customer service.

The food was fantastic! The Bed so comfortable, The pool area, The location was perfect, so close to the beach and bars and restaurants.

The restaurant although it had great food., the tables were not cleared of plates. You need to have someone just to clear the plates, especially at Breakfast time. The young waiter wasn’t very friendly , he worked at night only, a smile would have been nice. The breeze restaurant I used for lunch, I was half board, the staff were not friendly, we seemed to be an inconvenience, no smile, no acknowledgment at the bar area. The waiter in the breeze bar, kept saying when people were ordering with him that he had a problem with listening, that’s ok, a smile would have helped people to understand, it’s like we were serving him. This was my second visit to your hotel. The last time was 2/3 yrs ago, the room cleaning has dropped, was not as clean as before and damage to the paint on the walls was touched up with a different colour paint. Overall I enjoyed my visit. I just want to let you know where improvements could be made ?

Bed

The room needs maintenance attention. There was a hair dryer hard wired into wall that could not be turned off at one point until we shut off the electrical breaker. This is dangerous. Also, there are several signs of need to update the room, such a the shower door with water damage inside the glass and a coffee machine that was nonfunctional and had to be replaced by a new one (after we brought it to the attention of front desk). The guests above could be easily heard walking in the room, so there is a lack of insulation.Otherwise, some days the room was well cleaned and other days not very well cleaned/maintained. When we arrived, we did not even have a floor towel for the shower.

The rooms are comfortable, clean & fresh with a great shower. The breakfast buffet is fantastic truly wonderful selection

Myself and my husband have visited this hotel before, this time we returned with the family and we all had an amazing time. The location of the hotel is great, there's so many great bars and restaurants around the hotel. The staff are all amazing and so helpful, we were each greeted with a glass of cava on arrival and were told our rooms had been upgraded for free which was so nice. The beds are extremely comfy and the hotel overall was so clean. We will definitely be returning!

Comfy bed, heated pool, great breakfast.

Too small room, bathroom in the bedroom with open door, no privacy... you share the smell. Mini balcony with no view, not even a table to sit down. You have to reserve your sunchair with your towel early in the morning.... mostly all inclusive persons going there in charter.

Only small bottles of water left for tea/coffee and mini bar prices were extortionate for a water so we didn’t bother.Other guests were placing towels on sunbeds early but did not use the sunbed until late morning…. This needs monitoring, maybe if beds are not occupied within 30 minutes towel needs removal to allow others to use.

Sunbed situation. People reserving beds at 8 maybe earlier even though it was dull. Should be stopped as it ruins the pool area

Breakfast was amazing, so much variety and food quality was very good.The lovely staff made my stay enjoyable, I would especially like to mention Stefania Alexandrov on reception. Steffi was very approachable, professional and went the extra mile, to help me, as my situation was difficult as my husband had been taken seriously ill and was operated on in Arrecife general hospital. I had to move hotels from Playa Blanca to Costa Teguise to be closer to him. Steffi was so kind and thoughtful towards me, and gave me good advice to help me and reassure me. When my husband was discharged just a few days ago, Steffi called us a taxi and told us about Playa Blanca where our next apartment is. We would have liked to remail in Barcelo Teguise Beach Hotel but it was full. I felt I had a friend in Steffi, which I badly needed during this very stressful time. Also I did find every staff member I came in contact with, to be very approachable and professional and friendly.

I did have one set of neighbours who were very noisy at night, but that was not the fault of the hotel.
