Pool was great, particularly having a heated pool. View of the pool/garden from my balcony was lovely. Room was quiet and beds were comfy. Food was OK. Lots of free parking on site. It was a nice idea to have musicians play in the piano bar before dinner.

I was disapointed with the quality of most of the evening entertainment although there were a couple of good external acts over the week.It was quite a walk to the sea but we knew that when we booked.

We loved the pool area. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The cleanliness of the hotel isn't great. It definitely needs some TLC. We were fully inclusive, but after 2 nights of trying the dinner we gave up and for the rest of our holiday we went out to restaurants in the evenings. The breakfast and lunch were ok, but the dinners were awful.

The hotel is very spacious — you can walk around the grounds as much as you like. The rooms are quite large and come with a small terrace, which is a nice touch. We booked half board. Dinner was good on only 2 out of the 4 nights. I'm not sure why the quality varied so much. On our last night, the food was either oversalted or just not tasty, and we couldn't eat anything. There’s music and entertainment every night, which might be fun for some, but the entrance door to our room didn’t block the noise at all. If you’re a light sleeper, be aware — it can be hard to fall asleep before midnight.

    Beautiful hotel

Far too much walking to get to the restaurant. If your given a room at the end of each corridor you have to walk to the ramp or stairs then you have another long walk to get to the restaurant and then you ate too tired to eat.

I really liked the indoor and outdoor areas. Beautiful and luxurious indoor and outdoor decor. Amazing garden area, swimming pool area and outdoor bar. The rooms were also spacious, with lovely windows and balconies. What I didn't like was that the dinner buffet was a big disappointment—dirty glasses and poor food quality. The breakfast buffet was also disappointing, again with dirty glasses and low-quality food.

The staff are friendly and helpful, and the bed is very comfortable.

Not many vegetarian options at dinner.

My 3rd visit so knew what to expect. I was pleased to be invited to two ~"cocktails" where I was able to share observations with Maria who hosted the events. This included observations from other guests I had spoken to.

These items were discussed with Maria.

Plenty of choices for breakfast and evening meals were good value. Our room was very comfortable and enjoyed having fridge and also kettle for tea and coffee

Generally happy but due to layout of entertainment area in evening it could be quite loud (but was usually finished by 10.30 or so).

    7JoanPosted on: 3-8-2025

Animation group during the day were terrific. Evening entertainment very poor. Food was good . Distance from hotel to the sea and entertainments was very far. Young people did it but older groups had to get taxis. Shuttle from the hotel was limited. Pool area was lovely . Overall we enjoyed the holiday .

The people working there are very very nice!!

The bed covers had holes in them, the bathroom door was old and damaged, I had hairs in my bathroom the day I arrived. the second day for some reason my tea bags had not been topped nor the milk !!! and the cups were laid out half full of water for some strange reason!!!!!

    8ChristopherPosted on: 2-8-2025

Great pool, comprehensive activity program, nice bars, live music in the bar before dinner, all inclusive was excellent value for money. Plenty of loungers by the pool. Big rooms with balcony and large bathroom.

All inclusive cocktails are premixed and almost undrinkable. The "cava" was cheap fizz and not nice. It's huge and maintenance is clearly a challenge. Buffet was ok - you need to choose wisely

Lovely Pools Rooms dated but knew that when we booked. Food good.Plates not that clean

Nothing much decor outdated lack of facilities for disabled toilets could be reported for the lack of all toilets so low to the ground. No walk in shower facilities which if they had would be a huge boost to all disabled guests.

No entertainment to keep guests motivated really disappointed.

    9PadraicPosted on: 1-30-2025

Clean, efficient, with delightful staff, very relaxing place to holiday, that’s why we keep returning

Jacuzzi in the Spa out of order and some other parts of the Spa not working properly, needs overhaul
