THB Lanzarote Beach

All the staff are experienced, friendly and very kind and caring. They are definately one of the biggest assets of this hotel. Pool and poolside are wonderful, with lots of space and 360 degree sunshine. The food on the half board package was really good with lots of variety and plenty of it.The location was perfect for us, with beach access right outside the promenade back door entrance. Seaview apt, although a little small was ideal for us and surprisingly very quiet, which was what we requested.

Unfortunately the restaurant is located downstairs in the basement and felt more like a canteen than a 4 star restaurant.

Breakfast was amazing. The room was fantastic and modern. The staff super helpful. Great place for relaxing with activities and facilities to enjoy

Some parts of the bathroom didn't feel fully cleaned or sanitised. The shower glass had soap stains on the bottom of it. Other than that, it was fine!

Rooms were cleaned daily and the pool area was clean and well maintained

we booked Bed & Breakfast on this trip and would probably give it a miss next time as the hot food was lukewarm and the orange juice wasn't fresh

The location was great. Easy access to other places around the island. Very good breakfast! Room was ok. Staff were very helpful with some of my requests.

The hotel is a bit outdated and needs to be taken care of. I know it’s always “you get what you pay for” but even then I don’t think it is acceptable to sleep with bugs in the room, going around your bed while you sleep. We were there for 4 nights, and every night we had to kill at least 2-3 bugs usually hiding behind the fridge.

Got upgraded to a seaview room with breakfast, room was beautiful and staff were very helpful and friendly , brilliant location, Look forward to returning next year ❤️

There was building work and had to contact reception for room to be cleaned and towels. The shower gel bottle was empty we told them and still did not fill.

The location is perfect,the hotel is spotless and the staff are really pleasant and friendly.I will definetly be back.

Food selection is very repetative,wouldnt go half board again,too many nice restaurants aroynd to enjoy.

The location is good but the hotel is going through updates but the level of additional cleaning doesn’t appear to be in place, the communal areas were therefore dirty or dusty. Food was good but not always hot enough but there is a microwave.

Close to restaurants and the beach. It had a lovely pool and the area around the pool had plenty of sunbeds and parasols.

We arrived late at night. We were told we had an upgrade. I agree the room was bigger but not a very nice view from the balcony. Nearly every room overlooked the pool or the sea. We were looking at concrete and part of a car park. We asked to be changed to the room we had booked but were told we would have to wait three days.

Loved the location. We found the room very comfortable and clean.Great pool area and pool bar. The staff were very friendly and attentive. An army of cleaners busy every day.

We loved this hotel. We had a brilliant holiday . I will definitely be back, but I would ask for a sunny balcony next time. Our balcony had a massive tree in front of it, blocking out the view and sun. We had a kettle in the room as requested but had to run around to source milk, cups and spoons which we got at the pool bar no problem but would be nice if it was set up in the room. Other than that, no complaints I would definitely recommend as a great hotel to stay in Costa Teguise.

Our room was right next to a building project, and the dust made enjoyment of the balcony area impossible. Also, the entrance area to our apartment was full of building supplies. Our room was self-catering, but no cleaning products were available in the room ,and the daily room clean did not include washing of dishes . There were no plug sockets in the kitchen area, making it inconvenient , and would have to get a great deal to return , On the up side, we really enjoyed the Costa Teguise area ,but will be looking for new apartments.

The WiFi doesn’t reach around the whole room and the doors were stiff on the balcony and could do with a repaint and new doors on hotel room

The location was excellent - a few meters from the beautiful beach. There are many restaurants and pubs in the area. The staff in the hotel were lovely and went over and beyond.The food was nice.

The part of the hotel where we were accommodated was of a poor standard. The room was old. The furniture was worn and scratched. The smell was not the most pleasant. On the ceiling, there were many small dark spots resembling mould.

The room! The beds were very bad two singles for a couple The beds would move apart and even one night I fell and got stuck in the middle of the two beds

Just back from staying 10 nights at THB,this is our fourth time coming here and definitely will be the last until change

Very close to the main area, lots of restaurants closeby, steps down to the main promenade and beach. Great variety at breakfast. Staff are very helpful at reception and all staff very friendly.Nice bar with live entertainment every night.

Kettle and fridge in the room but no cups to make tea/coffee.
