Location was close to family. Pool. Quiet.

The beds were hard and not comfortable.

Complex lovely, lacks proper cleaning, good area, nice walk into square

Not very clean, clean towels and bedding every 2 days yes and a quick mop over an unbrushed floor. Pool area nice.

The top floor apartment was excellent.Eva at the bar was so well welcoming and brilliant with the customers.

Everything you need for a week away. Good location, comfy, friendly helpful staff and exceptionally clean.

Nice quiet hotel, close to the centre of costa teguise and to the beach. Spar shop right outside the apartment. Plenty of bars of restaurants close by. Staff lovely and friendly.

The shower was terrible and flooded the whole bathroom when used.

So quiet at night, no road traffic.Lovely to receive complementary wine upon arrival and champagne for NYE.Staff very helpful. Always able to get a sun lounger. 10min walk to beach.Fabulous pizzeria beside the spar shop opposite the apartment.

Lack of pool eticite from some guests at pool when boozing at the poolside. Children ran wild and not disciplined, no regard for guests who wanted to relax.

No safety grab rails in bathroom no easy reach shower head safety bath mat supplyed when asked for.Limited electric sockets only one in kitchen/dining area. Television screen thick with dust, bathroom basin area and some floor areas not cleaned properly

Location

Very large tree outside room, couldn’t use sunbed provided for patio due to tree however staff had tree trimmed down last couple days if our stay. We were then overrun with cockroaches from the tree . On day 2 my bed collapsed when leg broke on it my husband fixed it as was in middle of the night

The graden view apartment was lovely. Nice and peaceful for my wife, loved the 3 cats very friendly and would come for a cuddle on an evening. Good food at the pool bar very reasonable prices. The cleaners are great fresh towels swapped out and bed linen too, even got my wife an extra pillow.

Location was great and Ava at the pool bar was fantastic.

Got a smoking apartment which was not ideal. The room smelt of stale smoke and had to keep windows open when we were in the apartment but had to close when not because we were on the ground floor looking out to the street. Reception provided an air freshener.

The place is basic and needs a face-lift and because of that is a bit overpriced.

My Husband has Cancer a d it was a bit of a hike to entertainment .

Very friendly staff, great pool bar and restaurant. Very well located close to all amenities. 3 lovely resident cats. Staff could not have done more to make our stay enjoyable.

The staff were really helpful and Friendly Our favourite was the beautiful Lady in the pool bar Eba nothing was to much trouble she was always so happy and was what made our holiday so enjoyable. The whole place was run in such a lovely way it was clean and the setting was so well maintained Thank You All for our lovely Holiday
