Pros +
- the staff young people were helpful, but there was little they could do to overcome the extreme deficiencies of our room
- Room was huge. Roof top terrace was quite lovely.
- The staff was friendly and helpful. They held our luggage a few hrs after checkout so we could do some exploring. People said room was small, it wasn?t 2. Shower was large. Bed comfy. It was an $8 Uber to the port. No complaints at all.
Cons -
- for some reason we got a disabled room. no furniture, no towel racks, no blankets, no remote for tv, no barrier so shower flooded the bathroom, grab bars loose, nothing in kitchen,not even a spoon. freezing cold. no doorknob, awkward key only
- Was unable to check in early so tipped the bell hop generously to put our bags in the room for us to which he didn?t do.
