Staff were amazing! So friendly and helpful. I was Travelling with my Baby and they really went out of their way and came with me to park my car ?? Thank you very very much ? The staff made my stay great ?

The mattress on the one side was slightly damaged and sunk in a bit, and every time I moved I could hear the springs creak in the mattress

It was central to shop and eat. Great location.

Wish they had more vegan options for breakfast like oatmeal cooked with water will be more filling than sweet potatoes. I am vegan but the rest of the family enjoyed the selection.

Appearance of lobby and social areas was very nice. Other than reception, staff was very nice.

Upon arrival the front desk was helping someone else. That's fine, don't mind waiting but was not even acknowledged. He finished checking them in, escorted them out toward rooms, returned, got on computer and still did not even greet us. That set a bad tone. Our room was fine, but the bathroom was ridiculous. The toilet was so tightly wedged between the shower wall and sink you could not shift at all...(won't give more detail on that, you can figure it out!)

This property is a great location and a great value! Everything in the old town of Palma is within walking distance. It is clean. charming and has an excellent staff. The breakfast is fabulous. There is a beautiful palace where you can order a nice drink and even a few appetizers or pizza. The rooms were a normal size for Europe (small) and I was traveling with friends and had a room to myself. They would be fine for a couple but pretty small for friends to share in my opinion. I loved the place! Great value!

The only thing I noticed is that there were no washcloths in the room.

Lovely clean hotel with bathrobes and slippers and great water pressure. The location was fabulous and the staff was excellent.

Location of the roon- a bit anexed from main building- should be labelled as 3 star not 4 and should be priced accordingly-

- good location, close to the city center

- AC very strong and blowing directly on the bed- no duvet, just linens and a blanket available in the dressing- no mention of the car restricted area when booking the hotel leading to €90 fine - cleanliness to be improved (hair in the bathroom, bleach residue on toilet seats, no duvet nor duvet cover so need to use a blanket, etc)- breakfast could be better (e.g. over cooked scrambled eggs)

You could not ask for a better location. It is accessible to everything - restaurants, shopping, public transportation, etc. The hotel is an oasis in the heart of Old Town Palma. It has a wonderful courtyard to relax in and the breakfast is fantastic. The staff is really friendly and helpful.

I wish the room was just a bit bigger. In the end it really wasn't a big deal - it was ultimately a place to sleep and shower. We really took advantage of the shared spaces that are lovely to hang out in!

The breakfast was a mouthwatering feast, bursting with flavors that left me fully satisfied! The bed was a cloud of plush comfort, cradling me into blissful sleep. The staff radiated warmth and eagerness to assist, making every interaction a delight. A captivating, fragrant aroma filled the air, awakening my senses with every breath.

Great location for central Palma. Everything is a short walk away - shops, bars and restaurants. Stayed there before and hope to stay there in the future.

Lovely little hotel in a good location. Very helpful reception staff. Nice cocktails in the courtyard.

Amazing location, facilities were fantastic. The aesthetic of the whole property & rooms are phenomenal. When you walk into the property you are wowed by the decor & the smell that hits you is just amazing we forgot to ask where we could buy the scent to take home! Staff were outstanding couldn’t do enough for you and even packed us a picnic to take home on our early morning flight they coiling do enough for us! Would recommend to everybody!

We thought there was a pool due to pictures on booking.com however there wasn’t but that didn’t matter as there is beautiful sofas & chairs to relax on in the courtyard it was perfect!
