Hotel Basilica

Rooftop bar with amazing views to the city and basilica. As well as the location close to the heart of the city.

The rooms have little to no insulation for noise. You can hear everything throughout the night. We had terrible sleep because of this. I also relied on the staff to give me suggestions to go to Calo des Moro or a beach and I was told it was going to be terrible weather. I wish I had listened to my instinct because the weather was sunny and warm. I chose Mallorca specifically to visit the beaches and I didn’t even get to see one. I also assumed that it was marina in Palma and that they didn’t have any beaches (the staff didn’t tell me otherwise). As I was leaving back to the airport we passed a beach that would have been about 20 min away from the hotel. I am so disappointed. I wish the staff informed me better.

The location was amazing. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Hotel was beautifully designed. Rooms were on the small side, but everything was very efficient. Very classy hotel.

The room was impeccably clean and very comfortable. The free mini bar a bonus. Staff were very friendly and helpful.Roof top pool has some of the most amazing views of Palma and a honesty fridge filled with beers and soft drinks

The roof top pool area is a little cramped but this is to be expected.

Location, quality of the property and rooms, very quiet, amenities (free water, refrigerator bar items), most timely hotel room cleaning I’ve ever experienced, hotel staff service was superb.

I didn’t pay for the hotel breakfast when booking but I did walk through the breakfast room to look at the offerings. The hotel breakfast food and dining space wasn’t as appealing as other boutique hotels, including the hotel where I stayed in Barcelona prior to traveling to Mallorca. The communal facilities at the property were beautiful (bright, pristine and beautifully decorated) but they didn’t feel like spaces where I wanted to hang out for any length of time.

The only small negative was being woken up very early from the light. Blackout curtains would be welcome for next time!

The hotel was extremely clean and comfortable. All the staff were so friendly and were always happy to help. Breakfast was good. Quiet location but only a few minutes walk to busier areas. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this hotel again if we revisited Palma.

We loved the location, the decor and the roof terrace. The staff were really friendly.

The pool was a little smaller than it seemed in the pictures. It would have been helpful to have a book with info on what to do in the area to read whilst waiting for our room to be ready (we were early).

Very friendly comfortable hotel and staff very welcoming and helpful. I would’ve given it excellent for everything if the orange juice at breakfast was freshly squashed and there was a greater variety of ripe fruit.

Felt the breakfast area was very crowded especially around the fresh fruit area maybe re think the lay out.. Breakfast selection was fantastic however was out 8-11 & the scrambled egg was always cold and extremely dried out..

I have stayed in many hotels in Palma ( some much more expensive ) and Basilica was beyond expectations and every member was exceptionally polite and could not do enough to help and make our stay memorable . I really cannot rate it highly enough . Our stay www made special by all the staff and we felt like part of the family in our own home ! Yes it was THAT wonderful .

The staff was super nice and very polite. The location was good and quiet. We really enjoyed the pool area—it was very relaxing. The views from the roof were beautiful. Breakfast was also very good, with many options to choose from.

The perfect hotel to explore, shop, dine and relax. Breathtaking views, very comfortable bed, and extremely helpful staff - We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Greeted with glass of Cava on arrival as well as bottle waiting in room chilled for our wedding anniversary. So peaceful and breakfast was amazing!

Pool is not heated and tiny - definitely designed for cooling down on a summers evening rather than a cloudy mid March

This was the most loveliest of hotels! I wish I could shrink it down, put it in my pocket, and let it out every city in the world I travel to. The team working was so wonderful and kind, Javiar was just the BEST! The location was stunning in old town and surrounded by historic buildings and it was an easy walk to anywhere you needed to go! The room and facilities were equally lovely, I never wanted to leave the hotel!
