the bathroom situation. the shower would not drain completely and i asked for assistance with it and nothing was done. i even had someone come ask if i was having issues cause room underneath was having water leaking into room. told them i informed them shower was draining slowly and nothing was done about it. Air conditioning was not working properly so it was warm in room, I also addressed that issue to staff.

The location was perfect. Restaurants/bars/ shopping was all in the area. Size of the room is great.

The way up to the room with staircase and then lift.. but the staff were helpful to get our luggages up. Bathroom is see through so not the best idea as friends to share the room. Check out is at 11am.

It was in a great location, room was well equipped with everything, comfortable, staff was great and responsive.

Everything was great, had small issue with bathroom door being difficult to close.

Location is fantastic, very central, all city centre areas walkable from the hotel. Spacious suite with small balcony overlooking the plaza.

Fantastic location, huge room and bed, felt like a princess. Had breakfast outside, amazing.

There was no view. Kept the curtains closed as the building just over the pavement was very close.

Centrally located in Palma old town with very comfortable well appointed rooms. The reception and bar staff were all very pleasant and helpful with good communication before and during our short stay.

Although it was to be expected in a city centre location it was noisy during the night and early morning - from the hotel, bar and outside seating/bar and from the bus stop just outside our window. On the second night we closed the shutters and all windows and the air con drowned out the noise allowing us to get a much better nights sleep.

The bathroom window was broken open and fumes from the kitchen came into the room, there was no fan system or independent air conditioning system to operate. Facility was not responsive that night. Had to wait till the next morning until reception was at their desk. It advertised as having a kitchen, but did not. It did have coffee in the room there or steep stairs and not mentioned in the description. Which was an issue due to a health condition. Individual staffing reception was very helpful with suggestions on visits of the area.

The room was really stylish and comfortable, recently renovated. The building is historic but renovated. We stayed there in February, and the air conditioning made the stay comfortable. The location is beautiful and quite despite its central location.

Amazing large apartment, very well equipped, beautifully clean and very comfortable in perfect bang central location.

Toilet waste separated with a screen wall (no door) which was a bit tricky when 5 of us were in the apartment. Didn't bother me but did bother my teenage daughter. It definitely wouldn't put us off staying again though

The hotel’s location was great, just middle of the old town. We were 5 ladies and been in Palma for our friend’ s birthday. They gifted us 4 super tasty Prosecco, it was very kind of them. Definitely will visit them again.

No one on site that could understand the importance of heating working. In December.No heating no TV No one who was interested or understood the operation of services
