Pros +
- Great staff.
- The food for breakfast and dinner is actually very good. Also, the staff was super-helpful in getting cabs and other services. While not a full-on resort, the pool area was quite nice.
Cons -
- Location is not conducive to walking n public transportation is difficult to get to. No towels for the pool area.
- You do have to take a cab to get anywhere in Palma from the hotel. A minor incovenience, though.
