    Pros +

    • clean rooms and beds, and the location was nice too!
    • Horribly hot.
    • The only plus was the location which was at walking distance from a few of the must see locations and to the beach.

    Cons -

    • The stuff is burnt out. I called before arriving because I had some questions and they where weary inpatient and unfriendly! the women after 2 min even hung up on me. One's arrived in the hostel I heard them complaining all the time about the the guests.
    • They knew that the AC in our room was not working during a heat wave and they didn't tell us that. We had a horrific night of non-sleep and when I mentioned it in the morning, the staff person just said they had tried to fix it but couldn't.
    • I stayed there for four days. My first woe was not getting connected to the internet as the password was incorrect. The lady at the reception was not willing to accept that 'the password is incorrect' message I was receiving was true. Secondly, the room was cold and there was NO heating in the room. Thirdly, I stayed in the property for four nights and five days and not a single day someone came to clean the room. The day I landed, I asked for toiletries and the reception staff told me that they have placed an order and they wouldn't get supplies until that Monday (29th of December). The internet password was not reset until 31st of December which was the day I checked out of the hotel. The property was a decent one bed apartment with an electric stove facility and that cooker didn't work at all - so, I couldn't even make myself a cup of tea in the room. There wasn't even a kettle in the room as a backup or I wasn't even offered a kettle to alleviate the issue of the stove not functioning. If given an option to give a minus zero rating, I would have done so!!!!

    Dirty, dated, way over priced

    The place is okay

I booked this hotel because of the aircon, but all the of the room mates doesnt want to open it so i reported it to the staff in front dest but done nothing. Instead tried talking to some people in and laugh looking at me. He doesnt know I understand some of his words. So annoying staff and rude.i booked it for layover but end up not sleeping and just staying at the lounge. So i have no sleep even tho i paid 50 euro. Don't book this hotel, rude staff talking behind your back instead of helping you. I travelled EUROPE and this is the baddest experience i had. I will never booked this hotel again and please don't booked them too, the viciniry looks dangerous.

Comfortable beds, great price, nice staff.

No handsoap in the toilets in the room, had to ask separately for towels etc which were available to guests but not readily supplied or asked upon check in.

Super nice staff, really quiet and clean space.

The rooms could have better lighting, as it's quite dark even with the lamp on.

The location is quite good – only 10–15 minutes to the city center. The hostel itself is well-equipped and has nice common areas for relaxing and socializing.

The problem was that the hostel’s drainage system didn’t work properly. When it rained, water started rising into our room through the sewage system, completely flooding the floor and our belongings. The staff were constantly on site but didn’t warn us about the possible consequences of heavy rain. We had to wait for 4 hours just to take a shower and get ourselves somewhat cleaned up. Since there were no lockers, our backpacks and all our belongings were on the floor and ended up completely wet, both from water and sewage.I informed them that our flight was at 2 p.m., so we needed to leave for the airport by noon, which finally seemed to speed up their work. The management stated that they take no responsibility for the situation, and as compensation, they offered us a bottle of water ?.”

Location wise, it is very accessible to bus stations, near to the beach, city restaurants and grocery stores. Bathroom inside the room is perfect, AC unit is well functioning, with lift going to other floors is also a plus factor, aesthetically decorated. The kitchen also and common ground made our stay perfect since we can cook and eat in the Hostel without hustle. Reception 24 Hours is very helpful, Staff are nice and friendly. Room service cleaner have also done a great job. Highly recommended for everyone. ? Will definitely book again for our next vacation in Mallorca.

Just the television unit is not well placed. Bumped our head on the edge of the TV. But all in all, everything is perfect.

The hostel is located near the airport but a little far away from the main centre. The staff were friendly and the room was nice with an ensuite bathroom. Toiletries were provided in the bathroom which was handy. The beach is a 9 minute walk away.

There is not much happening around the hostel since this is in a neighborhood area away from the city centre.

The area is a bit run down but the hotel was a great value. Stayed a night and it was perfect. Close to the airport and short walk from the bus stop. The room was a great value!

The same bed (number 7) was rented out 2 different people, me and another woman, mistakenly! Obviously, she came the late night to ask for her bed, and I switched the upper bed. To make sure the same thing won't happen again in the same night, I asked the staff to which bed was empty, and they responded 10 (someone was already sleeping), and then said we don't know. The room was shown with 6 beds on the photos, but there were 10 beds, and apparently, the hostel had no idea who was stimm in or who checked out already. At 2 a.m., a group of women burst into room, yelling and shouting, looking for a place to sleep in already packed room. That place is crazy. No security, no chill, no order. It was hot, noisy, and packed (beds were size by size that one practically breaths someone's face). It's truly a horror story. I chose it just because I only needed a place to stay for 6h but never again. Just give 10 euro more and go stay somewhere else

    Not great

The kitchen and everything in it wasn't clean. All cabinets and drawers were broken although seem like the hostel was renovated recently. The bathroom window and door were broken as well, basically there was no way to fully close the door when you're inside.. I won't be returning.

The only thing that made me book it was its location close to the conference venue. But it was my worse experience for many reasons.

The worste accomodation in all my time.???? I had booked a room dorm for 8 females, but it had 10 beds in a really small cramped space. Not only that, it was a passageway to another room/small studio which was rented out to even to a family with two young sons, and once to a couple. With no privacy, We felt like everyone had the key to the room. In the heat of 35 degrees, with 8_10 people in a room, for three days, the air con was not working and leaked. One of the receptionists was so inconsiderate that kept denying the problem saying the air con should automatically turn on and off and it is not out of order. I was told that I was the only one who complained in that room by that receptionist but others had too to the other ones, they did not write it to the hotel, though I guess. After two days of heat and dark in the room, they went down together and showed their dissatisfaction.. they took a fan ( the receptionist"s)? for the roon and it made it possible to sleep that night. The next day the AC had been finally repaired. The toilet ceiling lamp did not work the last two days of my stay either. The cleaning ladies did a good job but they took away our stuff ( slippers, bag of cosmetics) thinking that the bed is not taken anymore andvthis is the trash that should go out. They did not leave toilet paper for us and each time we had to ask for it at the reception, though. Take revews and ratings seriously. Share your feedback please. With this booking Ibfound no reveiws only a rate, and I had not many choices as it was a late booking.

    Location, clean room

Customer service. The person on reception wasn't willing to help at all

Within 20 to 30 mins walking distance from the old town.

The room for ladies only is very small, can’t barely walk and lack of ventilation. It’s only can accommodate 8 bed instead of 10. The room door is the only way to get to the other room of accommodation. It’s only good for overnight stay.

    2RhiannaPosted on: 6-14-2025

The beds were comfortable and the spaces were clean.

Either the staff shut off our AC or it stopped working at around 11pm in our female dorm in 30 C/90 F weather so we were all sweating and burning through the night. On top of that our room was connected to a family room, so men had to walk through our room to get to theirs. The woman checking me in lied and said the luggage space was full even though I just had a small backpack, but luckily I was easily able to put it in on my own when she left. She also did not give me a shower towel until I asked, then she gave me the smallest one even though I was polite to her through the whole checkin! Overall horrible experience for a hostel that wasn’t even in a great location

    7MoniekPosted on: 6-9-2025

    - Cannot really say much as we did not spend much time at the hostel, e.g. did not explore the common rooms and had to check out really early, but we can say that the staff were friendly :)- Other than that, a hostel remains a hostel of course (many people, a bit noisy, not as fancy as hotels/B&Bs, but that you know when you book it. - With the heat, I was very happy we had a room for ourselves, where we could set the air conditioning how we wanted

    - The mattress was really bad, you completely sink away in them.

It was super comfortable and we loved having a private room. It was super clean, and staff was friendly.

Location was a bit of a walk to most places, but it split the distance between city center and beach well.

    9AnnaPosted on: 5-8-2025

The room was excellent; well equipped family room, great bathroom, satisfactory kitchen. Very friendly staff, great common facilities, and so kind that they let us leave our bags for a few hours in the morning after check out. The location was very handy as well, just ten minutes' walk from the city beach and 15 minutes' walk from the old town.
