The room was large and at great location.

We weren't able to sleep all night as the music was booming with the music until 2 AM. This was unacceptable for a 4* hotel. It felt like our bedroom was in the club next door;

Worst hotel experience they put me in a suit where windows don’t block any sounds from the street and it felt like I was setting outside in the street until they changed my suite to slightly better area but it still felt I was setting in the street. I had to play sleep sounds to cover for all the noise during my whole stay. Also, the staff aren’t the friendliest and always complain when you ask for help. Towels and shower floors were not clean

This place was great! It has a fun rooftop, the staff is so nice and friendly, the breakfast was delicious and it's in a prime location. The room was really big, the amenities were awesome, and the staff was so accommodating.

The food in the restaurant that's part of the hotel was not good, but you don't have to eat there if you don't want to.

Lovely boutique hotel located by the marina and a short walk from the shops. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Room was decorated in a chic and trendy vibe and breakfast on the roof terrace was superb.

Fab location- loved the breakfast view from the rooftop terrace. We were staying for a friend’s party so we didn’t mind the nighttime ambiance!

Position and sky bar for drinks and breakfast- very quiet air con was wonderful

Room a bit small and the breakfast was great if you were there early if not everything was basic when it’s gone it’s gone!

Location was great. Lovely hotel with great roof top area which was perfect for breakfast, although not sure how comfortable it is in the heat of the sun.

The noise from the night life disturbed sleep (a lot). Could either offer ear plus, better sound proofing or close the bar earlier. So many other places people could go. 4am was rediculous to still be hearing the music and people.

The room was very comfortable and had some lovely bonus touches like towels and bag to visit the sea. There was a hand fan and hat as wellto use. The sky bar was lovely, although open to the public and so very busy on a Fri and Sat night. Breakfast was really lovely on the roof terrace and included some delicous small treat, hot coked breakfast and pastries, fuirts and yoghurt.

While the sky bar was lovely, it was very noisy and as guests we couldn't get a table which was very disapointing. The breakfast only opened at 8am which was a late start, especially for those wanting to start the day earlier.

My room 107 and staff were lovely. The breakfast and view from the rooftop were also very special. The location near rhe Marina and cathedral was perfect.

With the bar upatairs and restaurant and nightclub downstairs open until the early hours of the morning, it was very very noisy at night making it impossible to sleep despite the room being insulated. Given how important this aspect of any hotel stay is for me, I should have read more of the reviews before staying there. I won't make that mistake again.

Very good location, easy to walk to restaurants and sites. Great views from rooftop bar. Excellent breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bed and spacious, generally well-outfitted room (junior suite). Restaurant downstairs had good food and a nice menu.

The location is very popular with weekend party goers - we couldn't hear noise from inside the hotel but there was street noise until 5 am or so. The climate control system was still on heat so we could not use the A/C - it was a bit warm for sleeping comfortably. There was no mini bar in our room for some reason. The room did not have an iron and ironing board.

My Husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cuba Hotel. Wonderful breakfast on the rooftop.Beautiful view.Your staff were exceptional very friendly and nothing was to hard for them.Location was perfect and we walked everywhere it was very central.Our room was OK but next time I would upgrade to slightly bigger room.We found the bathroom rather tight and the door to it was really hard to manouver.Will definately return.

The best location for exploring Palma. Wonderful breakfast on roof deck overlooking marina and Le Seu cathedral. No matter the view from your room, the roof view is gorgeous any time of day. Rooms very small but sleek and comfortable.Staff friendly and helpful.

Bring ear plugs! The central stairway is open to the roof bar, on the third floor. The DJ music flows down the stairs so there are no quiet rooms in the main part of the hotel while the bar is open. The staff prevents non hotel guests from walking the stairs, thankfully. Was so much better to enjoy conversation over drinks without the DJ.

Great location ! Bonus having the rooftop bar for a cocktail and enjoying breakfast in the morning . Best breakfast o have had in a long time lots of choice and tasty. Definitely would stay again .

Quite central, plenty of places to eat. Very clean, breakfast fantastic.

Noisy. Next time we come we will bring earplugs.
