Classy well run high end boutique hotel in the centre of Palma.

Breakfast was amazing and sitting outside on the patio was beautiful. The breakfast staff were warm and friendly. Location was in busy section of town easy to see all hot spots.

Room was a bit dark but ample. They didn’t have valet parking and having to head to busy public parking after traveling to get to hotel was not convenient. Pool was tiny, not really for swimming.

The location of the hotel was simply perfect for a city break! The staff were amazing and no ask was too big. They helped with resturant bookings and the glasses of wine on arrival on the beautiful terrace were such a lovely touch. Thank you so much for making our stay memorable.

I would have liked some more natural light and mirrors in the bedroom. It was hard to see what I actually looked like before leaving the room lol

Beautiful elegant historic former private residence that was perfectly located right off the the Paseo de Born, minutes from the Cathedral, the Royal Palace and fantastic art galleries and restaurants. The staff was incredibly helpful- especially Daniel Ramis who gave us the most helpful recommendations for places to eat and things to do. The rooftop pool and terrace was also a nice touch - so peaceful and relaxing, especially for a centrally located hotel. We will definitely be returning to this hotel!

The hotel rooms and facilities are outstanding. The staff (reception, restaurant and housekeeping) are very helpful, professional and friendly. Daniel at the reception was great helping us with the car.

The location was excellent. We really enjoyed our breakfasts. At the end of the day to sit and have a drink in wonderful surroundings was just amazing.

The hotel was amazing. Very plush and stylish. It was spotless. The staff were so very friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. Always checking in. We felt they genuinely wanted you to have the best time. We did. The rooms were so spacious as were the bathrooms. Very boutique vibe. We will definitely stay again

It was outstanding in every regard. From the arrival to departure there was nothing more I could have asked for. The level of attention and care was incredible and the staff were honestly amazing. I was met by the Manager and shown around the hotel. I would absolutely stay at here again on my next trip.

The room was beautiful, the staff were friendly. The hotel is right in the centre of Palma and within walking distance of shops, restaurants and other attractions. The lovely outdoor areas for dining or having a drink before dinner are truly magical.

Centrally located boutique luxury hotel with only 16 rooms, onsite restaurant and a bar and a rooftop terrace with a plunge pool. The hotel is within an old historic building, the renovation is luxurious and well executed. Perfect location for a weekend stay.

Location is sensational, staff is extraordinarily friendly and did everything to make the stay perfect, da Tokio a Lima is a wonderful restaurant, super nice bar, breakfast is delicious and the rooftop pool is excellent to relax

The promotion says outdoor pool, when it is only a plunge pool!

We didn’t have a good day, but the helpful staff improved it. The location was excellent.

The parking entrance was narrow, so ensure your car can fit.

The atmosphere was fabulous. Right in the city but tranquil. The terrace restaurants and bars were lovely. The pool area is also stunning with a nice pool and beautiful views of the city.

The breakfast was generally very good, but we would have appreciated some tropical fruits, as well as the excellent local cherries, strawberries and blackberries.
