AH Art Hotel Palma

Good location, size of the room.

Sewer smell a frequent issue in the bathroom. The room didn't have sufficient lighting and one of the lights was very cold color.

We loved the coziness of the hotel and the exceptional customer service, especially from Marie. She made outstanding recommendations for sightseeing and meals/cocktails. And she also helped secure a reservation at one of the nicest rooftop restaurants we have ever experienced in Europe. Melanie was also a delight serving up some of the best omelettes anywhere, with a lovely smile. Additionally, the room was wonderful and the AC worked so well - extremely important in Spain in summer/early fall!! The bedding was very comfortable, and the room was spacious, well-appointed, and had lovely views outside the windows/balconies. The location cannot be beat!!

Staff were very welcoming and helpful; I had to leave very early and they gave me some delicious food to take with me since breakfast would not be served until after my departure.

It was perfect

Loved the location in walking distance of train station, cathedral, restaurants, old town, gardens, and abundant shopping. The daily breakfast was wonderful with fresh fruit, eggs, meat, etc. The staff was very friendly and personable. On the last day we had to catch a cab to the airport before breakfast. So they offered to prepare a bag lunch for us to take along since we would miss breakfast. This was above and beyond our expectations. We would definitely stay here again. Exceeded expectations.

This is a wonderful boutique hotel. Location could not be better. Staff were wonderful, to a person. They even fixed bagged breakfasts for us because we had to leave for the outport early. The facility is lovely. Our room was large with a balcony and a sitting area. Bathroom is large and has everything, and more, you could need including double sinks and a wonderful, fancy shower. Very comfortable bed and bedding. We will return!

Not a thing!

Everything about AH Art Hotel was great. We are very experienced travelers and we think staff was exceptional. They made transportation arrangements that were perfect as well as generally good recommendations. . We left something behind and the staff went out of its way to find it and send it to us. The hotel breakfast was exceptional and the room was perfect. But the staff was what really stunned us.

Excellent small hotel in the centre of Palma. Spacious, comfortable and quiet room. Very good breakfast. Most of all the staff were friendly and helpful.

charged extra for additional child which was not clear when booking, room not cleaned during stay (dirty glasses not cleared, coffee/tea not restocked, bed not made). Sadly I would not stay again.

Access to the hotel from a taxi is difficult because the taxi cannot stop outside (especialy if you have luggage)

Fantastic central location in heart of Palma

Was a bit too hot in the room at night (over 23C) and unable to use air conditioning as building set to heat mode.

Booked this as a treat for end of our holiday. So underwhelmed by small room, and breakfast only available from 8am (this info is not listed on the website) which was too late for us if we wanted to get to airport in time, so we missed it :(

Excellent location just off the main square. Dozens of restaurants, shops and bars within easy walking distance. Amazing breakfast. Loved this hotel and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

From the moment we arrived the staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room was large with a very comfy king-size bed and lovely antique furniture. Breakfast, with omelettes etc cooked to order, was superb. Location is ideal for exploring the old town of Palma, which is fun to walk around. Many excellent restaurants within easy walking distance.
