Location was great. Front desk clerk was very friendly and charming.

had major wifi connectivity issues. shower stall is tiny for a 6'2 man.

Conveniently located to shopping and the Cathedral. Everything was walkable. Breakfast was adequate and plentiful.

Only one set of keys was available. A keycard system on the doors would have been great.

Perfect location, right in the heart of Palma's inviting old town. Hotel has lots of character! Rooms were clean, well appointed, and most of all, the staff could not have been more kind, thoughtful, and accommodating.Our story: First, we were assigned a room adjacent to the restaurant, where a noisy New Year's Eve celebration was set to go on until 1 a.m. Alas, we were planning to turn in well before midnight and we knew this was going to disrupt our night's sleep. The staff was exceptionally sympathetic and quickly switched us to another room. Unfortunately, we discovered late that night that our new room had no hot water. It was too late to report -- so we went to bed, hoping against hope that the hot water might be there for our morning showers. But no, we still had no hot water in the morning, so we reported it first thing. Again, the staff (Sara, specifically) was incredibly sympathetic. There was nothing she could do for us immediately, which was completely understandable ... The hotel was full, so she couldn't offer us another room to shower, and we were set to leave before the maintenance staffer's shift began. Sara did arrange for us to get breakfast before the restaurant's official open, which really helped us get to the airport in good time. And then the hotel manager offered us a 75 euro refund along with sincere apologies, which was so generous and gracious. (And he did report the hot-water issue was quickly resolved for the next guest.) All in all, the customer service was outstanding!

Given the customer service, we can't complain at all, but I would caution future guests who value quiet to request a room away from the restaurant area.

The hotel is very well decorated, fashionable and beatiful, and incredibly well located in the city center. The breakfast was very good too.

Since my days of backpacking in south-east asia, I haven't had the chance to sleep in a room with a built-in toilet which had no roof. Therefore, all expected toilet-use smells, lights, sounds, etc. were generously shared with my wife. Also, our room was located next to the restaurant and the lobby, therefore was rather noisy.I was expecting more. For sure, to start with and as a minimum, a closed bathroom.

The hotel is ideally located in the center of Palma. The room is spacious and the staff is amazing! The breakfast was excellent with a lot of options. I highly recommend this place while staying in Palma.

The Brondo Architect Hotel was perfectly located in the heart of Palma and we LOVED our 1 night stay here. The hotel was modern, our room was comfortable and spacious, and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We would totally recommend this hotel to family and friends.

The only thing we didn't like is that we only had a 1-night stay here. Would've loved to have been here longer!

Position was excellent, staff helpful and welcoming, breakfast exceptional. This is a lovely old building, well renovated.

Second lovely stay in this stylish and characterful building. It’s in such a wonderful and central location, but so quiet, down a little shopping alley. If you’re not good with stairs you’d be better off booking one of the bigger rooms, but we didn’t mind and had help with our luggage. Everything was super comfortable and the shower / bathroom beautifully decorated with tiles and super clean. A tasty breakfast in the morning while overlooking the lush garden courtyard, and very helpful staff.

The new checking in system was quite a faff.

We loved our stay here. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, the location was amazingly central in Palma, walkable near all the restaurants and shopping we wanted. The terrace area was great for my boyfriend to read and chill while I got ready, and the breakfast was amazing and included.Overall, the value of the hotel is exceptional and we really enjoyed our stay.

The only minor issues were a difficult to use somewhat small shower and lots of noise from the restaurant in the hotel-since we went out at night too it wasn't an issue for us specifically but could have been for older people or families with children.

Attractive amazingly large room/suite with a much appreciated private roof terrace. Could use more attention to safety and convenience. For example, the bottom step of 3 steps to the bathroom was much higher than the other steps and I almost twisted my ankle by misjudging that distance. Heavy glass door to the bathroom would be better replaced with a non glass door. We could have used a couple more furniture pieces along the wall in the bedroom with surfaces to put things on. Such a big room but no place to put stuff. Staffing is limited, with a small desk on the ground floor which is frequently unoccupied. When I had to leave early, before breakfast, they asked if I wanted a take away breakfast, but it was not ready when it was time for me to leave.

I liked the great use of space and design and how the rooms fitted in to the space. Very friendly welcome. Great buffet breakfast in a calm environment.

The lift only going up one floor was bizarre and not useful.

Brilliant location. Lovely terrace, lovelier staff and good breakfast! Room was very clean. Only drawback was short on hot water. Would come again.

The staff was really helpful, and the hospitality was amazing. I will surely recommend it to friends and families for their stay. The room was beautifuland the breakfast was delicious.
