Room as clean - staff were helpful

Nice hotel, nice personnel, excellent rooms. Supermarket and numerous cafes are within walking distance.

The location is not ideal - about 40 minutes walking from the city centre. There is also public transportation that we didn't try. There are no beaches around :(

We got new towels and bedsheets everyday. The apartment was clean and in a quiet neighbourhood.

Supermarkt and Restaurants close by - easy to find your way around

Pool looked not very inviting - saw not one person using it.

Lovely staff; sent me WhatsApp information to self check in outside of reception hours, and the bed was very comfortable. Also, good location to walk to nearby cafes and a 40 minute walk or 15 minute bus ride to the center.

The walls are very thin so I could hear everything whenever someone walked and talked in the corridor outside the room; the hairdryer was damaged/not working; not all the light switches were working properly.

The hostel was in a quiet area yet still within easy walking distance to local bars and restaurants. Rooms were nice as was the pool area. The guy on reception was very kind and helpful - much appreciated. Would definitely stay again.

Soundproofing. Noisy locks to the bedrooms & thin doors. I am a light sleeper though!

The location was in a very good and peaceful neighborhood. Took us about 20 minutes to get to the centre on foot and about 10/15 on bus. The facilities were great and staff was always helpful.

Another localization I choose for my needs. Away from city center but close to nice little restaurants i big super market. And we love walking so we discovered places which are not touristic atractions on the way to center.

refrigerator was very noisy, my partner thought that it was diesel truck outside on the street :) But we were so exhausted after sightseeing Paloma that we still could sleep. City buses don't accept any cards. You must have a change, below 5 Euros. That's a reason we were not allowed to embark bus going straight to to the train stations. Where we had booked tickets to Soller :)

Accommodation was great value for money, facilities were clean, and beds were comfortable.

Great location for us. Close to cafes supermarket (Mercadona) seafront and bus routes. Helpful staff and comfortable bed; continental breakfast- good coffee. Shower and washbasin in room with pull-down screen.

The hostal was very flexible with allowing us to use the breakfast bar to make our own breakfast. There were no tea making facilities in the room so it was a short walk down to the breakfast area in the morning. There was a fridge in the room which was helpful and everything we needed was in the room. The shower was also good. The bed was a memory foam and was comfortable.

The room was quite small. I know we booked a budget room but it was quite a squeeze for two adults. The window had a frosted pane in front of it so that people could not see into the room and also we could leave the window open and it was safe as no one could enter the room, however it did block the view out the window and made the room feel smaller.

Clean, pleasant hotel in lovely neighbourhood. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Room was a good size and it was nice to have the balcony. Great location, right on the edge of trendy Santa Catalina neighbourhood with lots of great bars and restaurants but hotel itself is on a nice quiet, residential street, also plenty of cafes and restaurants close to the hotel as well as supermarket. Easy enough to walk into Palma old-town but bus is nearby if preferred.

My only complaint would be the temperature in the room. The room had an old radiator, that when it was on made the room suffocatingly hot and it didn't seem like it could be turned off from in the room. Also, no door on bathroom but wasn't an issue for me as it was a solo trip. But might be worth baring in mind for others.

The property is very clean and well kept. My arrival was outside reception hours, but the instructions provided to access my room were very helpful and concise. There is a good selection of local bars and restaurants in the immediate neighbourhood. Plenty of local public transport too. Only minutes walk from the seafront too. Great value for money. Highly recommended.

Spotless room, cleaned daily Evan though only staying 2 nights.Polite staff, safe area.Everything you needed in the room.

Lumpy bed and room cramped.BUT for the price great value and would return.

Location and breakfast excellent.

The hotel is under modernization.noise and many other inconveniences when such situation exists. They are running full.

The minifridge wasn't cooling and I couldn't keep the food and drinks cold and when I used air conditioner there was coming water through the wall
