Be Live Adults Only La Cala Boutique Hotel

The property is located next to the mediterranean sea and the beach is accessible within a minute walking distance. The staff was super friendly and the breakfast buffet, which was included, was delicious. It was my first stay at this location and I highly recommend it.

The location of the hotel was near many restaurants and 10 minutes from city center! The hotel staff was nice as well!

There were ants in our hotel room and the sheets were not changed at all, though it said they change sheets every other day.

The property was located in great location.

The rooms are very small and had no mirrors, only one small bathroom mirror.

The reception girl was nice.

Its old, smelled, outdated, the pictures are nothing like the property. Dissapointing. Definitely not a 4 star hotel, maybe it was 10yeard ago, but the hotel needs some seriuos renovations.

Breakfast was great and cleaning staff was helpful and kind.

One of the staff members did not have me my reserved parking, which gave us stress and we had to look for parking and there was none

Location was great. Staff was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was more than we expected and delicious.

My room did not have a great view. The view was blocked by trees right outside our balcony, didn’t get to use the balcony much. The beach towel policy was really strange, I don’t know why they didn’t offer towels at the pool. You had to go to the front desk to request towels every time you wanted a new one. Also our room did not have the “beach bag” that apparently every other room had.

Wonderful location on a beautiful and clean beach. Staff are friendly and the room was very clean. There was a good selection available at breakfast and everything was fresh.

As mentioned by a few other people it would have been nice to have a toilet door that shut completely to allow a little privacy when using the bathroom.

In a quieter part of the island but still connected to a great beach and restaurants. The center of Palma can easily be reached by 30min bus ride or 15 min taxi. Super helpful staff at any time of day or night.

Definitely nitpicking here…the elevator was a bit small if you have a considerable amount of luggage.

Superior Room - too small.Ensuite Bathroom - no door!?!Toilet had glass sliding door - bad news at night after a few drinks, even worse if you made sounds, or a smell! Why??????Sunbeds & Outdoor area needed a bit of tlc.Hotel surrounded by multitude of less attractive buildings, local area a bit "rough" tbh.

Nice restaurant and bar area

Location was noisy. A/C was in winter mode so no cooling. Had to leave balcony door open which meant noisy drunk tourists until 3am and then bin men and other noise at 6am!

I like this hotel environment is very perfect! ?You can walk to the ?️ beach. And through your windows see the ocean, breakfast vary and fresh, it was the best choice to enjoy holiday!

The location is great! Directly at the beach and really nice.

The room was small, had very poor lighting, and not very comfortable matrasses. Also, no watwrboiler available to make some tea, which i find umcommon for such hotels. Lastly, elevator was very small and not feeling safe.

We really enjoyed our stay and I’d stay again. If you are looking for a brand new place this isn’t it. It’s showing the tiniest bit of age but I’m 50 and so am I. Doesn’t mean we aren’t still great. The beds were so comfy. Great to be able to pay for parking. Right on a lovely beach. The pool is lovely. We paid the bit extra for the breakfast and it was good. My only complaint is I wish there was a full length mirror ( one out in the hall I used ) and there is no where to plug in a curling iron by a mirror. The bathroom isn’t actually a bathroom. It’s a shower with a glass wall that is part of the room but tucked around the corner. The toilet was in a seperate area but with a glass door that doesn’t quite close without a gap. Just something to know if you are fussy. We absolutely loved Mallorca. *we rented a car from Avance Car rentals and I can’t say enough good about them. We paid €40 a day for a little Fiat and that included insurance. There was no deposit taken on our credit card ( some companies hold €4000 for weeks so be careful) I heard about them on TikTok. Nicest guys and I highly recommend!

The shower had amazing pressure. Beachfront (shared with other hotels) was nice and we had a wonderful view. Very good at arranging taxis. Being able to use facilities after checkout was great, thank you. Breakfast was just ok, nothing special.

There is no door between the bathroom and the room. There is a small bit of glass to slide in front of the toilet, but it only closes halfway which is pointless. The rooms/property is incredibly dated and in desperate need of updating. The toilet roll holder fell off the wall every time it was used. The hallways are old and seem dirty. We had to slam our door whenever we needed to close it as it would get stuck and not close - which meant we couldn’t leave early in the morning without waking each other (and likely everyone on the floor) up. The scan cards to enter the room were very temperamental too. Location is neither here nor there. East to taxi to Palma though.

Overall stay was great. Room was jice, could be a little bigger. Location is fab very close to Palma city. Staff were brilliant.

Breakfast could be a little better. It’s an adults only hotel… no one wants chicken nuggets for breakfast! They weee only out one day to be fare.

Location to the beach, bus station, local shops / restaurants near by.

I wouldn't say it's a negative but be aware that it's a public beach and just because the resort is Adults Only, there were many children on the beach.

Nice breakfast, friendly and helpfull staff. Good location just by a bestifull beach.Live music during breakfast was also a bonus.

The view on the pool deck, that is it. I was only there one night but was shocked that people are taking a week long vacation at this Hotel.

Elevator old and tinny, some investment wouldn’t hurt! The staff is unattentive at the pool, no service to order drinks or food. The room was so small it was more of a chamber - really ridiculous!

The property is right on the beach beautiful pool. There is 2 other be live hotels next to one another so be sure you find the right one. Parking IS A PROBLEM!!! You have been warned ! There is no parking and they only have maybe 2-3 spots available for their client but it’s first come first serve. So you will be out of luck if you go later, and would have to park on a street which are very tight. We complained about this and made it aware that this was unacceptable and should have made that VERY CLEAR! the restaurant was beautiful inside the hotel but not a lot of variety. The breakfast was ok. The beach does get crowded so find a spot early for a good spot. The area has a few restaurants but decided to go to downtown Palma which is 10 min drive which I would recommend to do if parking is not an issue. ROOMS ARE TINY, barely can fit 2 side luggage’s. The area where the hotel located is Very congested. Hard to find the hotel. For the price I payed for I wouldn’t recommend. However I would chose a different one near there that has parking with the same views. Honestly. I’m an experience traveler and would say this is nothing but the truth please take this advice !

Parking was A BIG PROBLEM. The restaurant food wasn’t that great and cost was too expensive for what you had to offer
