The staff is super helpful and friendly, including cleaning and reception staff. Easy access with public transport to the hotel. I loved the room and the quietness of the space. The room had a small fridge and great shower/bathroom facilities. The double bed was super comfy. I could walk to all locations in Palma de Mallorca and to bus and train stations. I also quite like the style and decor.

I appreciated Natalia’s help at the front desk. I was solo traveling my last night of the trip and she was very helpful to my friend who was looking to ship something back to her home before she caught her flight. I appreciate her helping my friend even though she was not a guest at the hotel. I love the interiors of the hotel and it was very clean.

Terrific breakfast and super quiet poolside seating area, great for the holiday book!

Street noise from traffic

Staff were very good, the breakfast was very good and lots of variety, the bed was comfy and the hotel had a pillow menu so I was able to change my pillow for a feather one. Location was good, bus/train station less than 15 mins walk, old town 10 mins walk, few nice bars and cafes near the hotel, and 2 good supermarkets.

Did not like the floor covering in the bedrooms, it was some sort of skimmed concrete effect, which has lots of marks in it, so it looks dirty, when I spoke to staff about this they said it was intended to look rustic, but unfortunately other guests dragging chairs above us made it noisy at times. We were there for 7 nights and would have liked a comfortable chair, the two that were provided were more like kitchen chairs. No hospitality tray in room, but staff will provide a kettle if asked. Air conditioning was not on as it was early March, so we found the room hot at night, but when asked the staff provided a fan, I think this should have been mentioned in the hotel description, apparently this is normal in Mallorca in March.

The room was comfortable and the decor modern and stylish in a Mediterranean way. The hotel is out of the hustle and bustle of the touristic areas but conveniently close to them

It was a straightforward check-in and access to the room was also. I liked how it’s walking distance to the city centre. Nice local cafes and restaurants near by. Lovely staff, very kind of them to switch my room during my stay because the power cut out. (For context it was a strong gale and there were warnings to stay indoors during my stay) The shower and WC was fairly clean although the one the hand towels given had a stain on it. I didn’t manage to take a picture since I only stayed one night so didn’t bother me as much. So I recommend just bring your own. There were markings on the floor I assume from previous customers wheeling about their luggage but it just gave an unsettling feeling.

Some of the switches for the lights didn’t work and the WC light was too dim although did give ambient lighting. I noticed the power cut from my room when the lights flickered and when the room was cold since the thermostat didn’t work at all. Also, the window to my first room the shutters didn’t close properly and that window looked straight out onto a side road. The other room they switched me to the thermostat worked but I couldn’t open the window only the shutters. Overall I recommend this place for a one night stay or for a short stay especially if you’re always out.

Really nice hotel, very very kind people! Clean and silent (I had to work remote).Really nothing to complain, especially for the price. Would definitely recommend!

The staf was very friendly and helpfull and the hotel is comfortable with a Nice Breakfast.

Facilities are amazing , comfortable , beautiful and clean .The location is very well connected to city centre, it’s walkable and easily reachable by bike or bus . Quiet area , perfect for leisure . Staff is very welcoming, especially the girl whose name started on Ale , I think , she was on reception and was very helpful and professional , with empathy. Breakfast was delicious. Big recommendation!

Cleanliness, decor, pool and location.

Nice decor but not sure good value for money as pool tiny. Some staff fab but others not so good. A bit disapounted

Pool should be described as plunge pool only. Should offer to buy coffee from pod machine early departures not 4 star but stylish room and comfy bed

Our stay was very good and comfortable, The staff were amazing particularly Sebastian. He recommended us some amazing places and was always welcoming even dropping us off at where we wanted to be!
