Hotel Can Cera - Adults Only

If a healthy breakfast buffet matters to you, it really doesn’t get much better than this. The buffet is not only genuinely healthy but also delicious and beautifully presented. The friendly service by the hotel staff contribute to overall 5 star feel of this small up market boutique hotel

Exceptional hotel! The staff was so accommodating and friendly! The room was beautiful and comfortable. The only negative was that the room was too dark.

Brighter rooms

Pros: Excellent location. Stunning property and decor! Very friendly and courteous staff (special shoutout to Camila and Juan in the front desk). Spacious bedroom: comfortable bed and pillows, incredible room fragrance/smell, his-and-her sinks in the bathroom, fantastic water pressure and temperature, great bath products, and impeccable cleanliness. Only tried the restaurant for breakfast, which was simple, yet well-curated and delicious.

Cons: No pool. Rooftop area is unappealing and very small. Couldn't figure out how to charge phones overnight while having all lights turned off in the room.

Beautiful hotel, super clean and 5 stars fits it well. The staff is super accommodating and helpful. We were in Europe for 18 days and this hotel was my favourite. I love how personalized the stay was.

It’s hard to find is my only complaint. We’re from Canada so signs were hard to understand (which is also our fault) and also more about old town versus an issue with the hotel.

Hotel Can Cera is a beautiful, aesthetically pleasing hotel. The materials used and the scents employed appear designed to invoke calm and serenity. Though it is located in an interesting and fun city, you could be forgiven for never leaving the hotel!

The suites on the front of the building are quite noisy.

The property was beautiful! The courtyard, the bar, our room, it was all beautiful! The location was perfect and the staff was truly wonderful! We felt like we were seeing long lost friends! Everyone there made our stay so fantastic!

Honestly, I’m digging deep to find something…but our room smelled a little of damp. However, the gorgeous room spray helped and it wasn’t an issue.

Room was very dark and the woman in the group found putting on make up difficult also a lack of mirrors in the room.

The property itself is stunning and beautifully decorated and restored with many original features. Its a excellent location for wondering around the city, the Cathedral and water is also a very short walk away. Very lovely staff and it feels personal and attentive. Amazing beds , my only comment is it can feel a little dark inside. But loved it

Beautiful design and comfort

I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Palma.A thoroughly magical stay and experience throughout. The staff were exceptional as were the luxurious rooms (suite!), beds, cleanliness of rooms and hotel and stunning interior throughout. It’s perfectly located too: close to all the main landmarks, shops and restaurants.A special 'thank you' to Camilla for her hospitality and making sure my stay was a memorable one at Can Cera and Palma. Exceeded my expectations!I highly recommend and look forward to returning.

The location is fantastic. The staff are very friendly. I love the hamam. My room was quiet so I could sleep and the beds were comfortable. The bath tub is great too.

They charge for tea and coffee in the lobby, it should be free. The wifi was not super strong. There are not enough plugs next to the beds to plug in to charge my phone and backup charger. This should definitely be addressed.

Very private and excellent check-in procedure with a beautiful restful home atmosphere with excellent friend of staff from Check In to Restaurant to the hotel manager, who is helping out practically himself. Extremely cozy and friendly and private and stylish with lots of space not overcrowded more like a home.

If you don’t want the room with view over the ocean, but like a cozy and nice place, this is perfect

The property is clean and amazing. The history behind the property and the way the owner designed and architected the property is wonderful. Once you get into the hotel you feel isolated from the city while you are in the heart of the city.

You enter thru a secret wooden door a wonderful spanish patio is awaiting you. Our rooms was wonderful furnished and big. Breakfast was good. Service for hiring car, also.

No door between the bathroom and the sleeping area. No shower, only bath.

The location was fabulous and was within easy walking distance to everything we wanted to see including the Cathedral, shops and market stalls as well as cafes and restaurants for meals. There are brilliant cafes within 50 metres of the hotel with great coffee and breakfast items and wonderful restaurants a short walk outside the old town area. The bus/train station for day trips further afield was about a 15 walk.In the main, the staff were professional, helpful, friendly and welcoming. The common areas were fabulous in all respects - comfortable, inviting and beautifully furnished. The lift to the various floors was a bonus.The bedroom was large and well-equipped and the bed was very comfortable.

While the size of our room was fabulous, it was dark, and had a number of big steps down to the bathroom, toilet and wardrobe which was a worry as I am nearly 70 and my wife is prone to falls. This wasn't so much an issue during the day but in the middle of the night it was scary just using the torch function on our phones.
