Great place close to the beach in Porto San Paolo. The staff was friendly and helpful, with spot-on advice for places to eat. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The a/c worked great. The breakfast buffet offered a lot of choice.

No negatives at all.

The room was well appointed (odd triangular shape we grew to love!) and the bathroom was beautiful. Cleaning staff were reliably thorough and professional. But the breakfast exceeded everything else: gorgeous fresh, wide-ranging dishes and marvellous coffee and juices, and the breakfast staff were wonderful!

Our high-season stay didn't allow for any changes (longer stay, room move, etc.) but couldn't be helped. Nothing else.

The room was very nice and clean. The breakfast was very good.The staff are excellent, very helpful and professional. Beautiful and perfect location.

Bad

They turn off the air conditioning from 19:00to 22:00 and they will tell you that is only a problem for the day and they will fix it till the next day. but is a lie! they are just trying to save energy! i found out in my last day. after 4 days there with “problems in the air condition” you pay for one service and when you get there is another history! worse experience! also the manager was screaming with me for over 30 minutes saying “wasn’t his fault” in the end they provided me a fan!!!! which i had to carry on and give them back every day!

The room was basic but very clean and comfortable. The water pressure on the shower was great. The gal at the front desk ( I forgot to ask her name) was so friendly and helpful. We just stayed for one night, so didn’t try the Wi-Fi, but the hotel is a 5 minute walk to the port which has a great view from the dock. There are several restaurants within walking distance. The hotel is a 15 min drive to the airport. I would stay there again

Close to the beach and a beach bus stop just outside the hotel. Nice balcony. Very clean.

No internet in the room which is practically unacceptable and some really loud awful Latin music playing all evening until late from the bar below.

Locayion was close to sea. Hotel had underground parking.Manager was nice, allowed us in before checkin time.

Comfortable beds and good pillows. Air conditioning. Basic spacious room.Walking distance to bars, restaurants and beach. Easy check in and check out.

The hotel bar at the entrance to the hotel played very loud music until early in the morning on a Sunday night. Not a good place to stay if you are wanting to go to bed before the early hours of the morning as little sound proofing. Unhelpful staff.

Good location, clean rooms, friendly receptionists.Breakfast is acceptable but same selection for the whole week, no vegetables, at least not only sweets.

Very loud music every night from the hotel bar, while seemingly very few people were there.AC turned off centrally and turned back on only at 22:30 every night. Overall good value for the price, if you don’t mind the music at night.

The music every midnight in the square next to the hotel was horribly loud. It literally started every night after midnight, it is not the hotel's fault, but for the future of the business, the owner needs to talk with the city hall to cancel this ridulous music festival at midnight

A very simple and lovely room, clean and spacious. We arrived slightly early and they let us check-in earlier as our room was available. Very friendly and helpful staff. excellent location near restaurants and the port/ local beaches.

Nothing, it was exactly what we needed!

Fantastic location, easy to walk to many beaches and for easy access to the ferry to Tavolara and beach bus. Room was very comfortable with a small balcony.

The gentleman at the desk was very friendly and gave us a great restaurant recommendation. We are from Canada!

Francesco is the most friendly Hotel Manager! We were welcomed even with a little surpise gift! Super clean, Hot showers, nice water pressure and it was very quiet!
