Location and views, beach and lobby and restaurant area all nice.

Room, the A/C was very loud and kept us up all night along with the hard bed and pillows.

It was perfect, 100/10!!They made our travel truly memorable ?Really appreciate awesome service and kindness from hotel staff!And the room interior and sea view is gorgeoussssAlso, their meals are really yummy! Their patisserie is?? I highly recommend booking with meal included.Really great hotel!!!

The hotel is superb. Breakfast and dinner were both outstanding. All the staff were very friendly and exceptionally professional. Food is excellent and made with a true passion... lots of variety with the evening meal choices. The views out to sea are wonderful. There were always plenty of sun chairs to choose from, even though the hotel was fully booked.Lovely saltwater swimming pool and private beach too! We also rented a boat directly from the hotel.

Nothing to fault! Although Aperol Spritz was a bit on the pricey side!

View from the room was amazing, could see the sun rise and set, see a small beach (not the hotels) from the balcony and hear the calming waters. Housekeeping was fantastic, very clean, everything was a short walk from the room. Beach was nice, chairs set back about 10-12 feet from water, so you have seating at the beach, it’s a public beach so lots of other people, not what I anticipated.

The doors in the room are extremely loud so no sneaking around while others slept to go to the bathroom or go and watch the sun rise. Shower lacked any pressure and shower head wasn’t a full spray. Queen bed was a bit firm and only 2 flat firm pillows. Would have been nice to have more pillows available, extra blankets were available. Breakfast was ok - no variations from day to day. dinner was overpriced, quantity was small so had to add in the salad/ desert bar. Food lacked flavor. Only dined there once because of this

This property was beautiful. The private beach was great to beat the crowds. The included breakfast and service were great. The breakfast restaurant had excellent ocean views and got each day off to a great start. We had a room with a view of the ocean and a patio. The patio was a perfect spot to have a glass of wine. Other family members had rooms without a view and seemed quite a bit away from the main building and pool - I would not recommend. If you are looking to go to a property and just relax for a few days, this is for you.

The property seems a little dated - although it appears they are building new units. The room felt a little "Dusty", but it may be due to the property's age. The room was very tight. Parking was very tight. If you didn't luck out or park in some non-traditional spots, you had quite a bit of a walk in store. I didn't realize how remote the property was, but this is my fault. You definitely need a rental car, which we had. We drove into the nearest town every night because the on-property restaurant was very limited and required reservations each night.

We loved the location. It was within 30 mins of the Olbia airport and right on the water. We enjoyed the beautiful views and semi private location.

The Booking description of the property says private beach but that isn’t entirely accurate. It shares a beach with the public and all day there were people in and out. We didn’t mind too much because the people seemed to all be calm and possibly locals but we were a little misled by the description.

The view from the room was great. Renting the boat and going snorkelling was amazing.

It would not be much trouble on the hotels part to put an espresso maker in the rooms, they are relatively cheap and would bring a modern touch to the room. Also smart tv would be good for streaming at night before bed. Pillows are horrible and need to be replaced, like sleeping on a board.

Staff was very welcoming, helpful and accommodating. Loved the restaurant and the food was excellent. Best cappuccino ever! Grounds were beautiful! We loved it so much that we changed our booking at another hotel for the last day. Definitely want to come back there!

Wonderful setting, lovely pool with a view! Short stroll to the beach, sunbeds everywhere. Clean comfortable room with high ceilings and nice decor. Great breakfast, including eggs benedict, fresh squeezed juice, omelettes. 1st class hotel, nice dinner spot. Very good hotel!

everything was great

The breakfast was wonderful, and the resort was gorgeous. Everything was kept up and was very clean. We ate in the restaurant and the food and wine was excellent.

The beds were quite firm which is great if you prefer that, however I found them a little too firm for my back. I would have preferred more pillow options as I found the pillows quite thin. The pool was not open in the evening which was too bad as we would have enjoyed a swim after a day out sightseeing.

I would like to commend the friendly and attentive reception staff who always made me feel welcome. The accommodation was excellent, and I truly enjoyed my time there.

We ordered two pizzas at the bar next to the swimming pool and while one was fine, the other seemed to be old. To make matters worse, the staff appeared to have cut and mixed the slices in an attempt to hide this. I was quite disappointed by this, especially considering that it was a 10-euro pizza in a 4-star hotel. While I chose not to raise the issue at the time to avoid ruining the atmosphere, it left me feeling rather upset.

Lovely location

We had been travelling around sardinia in lots of smaller hotels and this was by far the most expensive place we stayed, it was supposed to be the "luxury treat" and the end of the holiday. However the room felt a bit shabby - the outside patio needed proper cleaning, the view was obstructed by building work. I understand that it's the end of the season, but for that price I would have expected a lot more.

I don't even know where to begin, everything about this place was phenomenal! First and foremost the staff are very friendly and dedicated. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and relaxed and help you enjoy your vacation to the fullest. The food is delicious, fresh and includes local produce. I highly recommend paying for half board and having the three course dinner at the hotel restaurant, as the menus are different for every day, and were in our case always delicious. The room, the facilities and the surrounding area are all spotlessly clean and well-kept. The location itself is breathtakingly beautiful and very calm in the evenings, offering a chance for a good night's sleep. All in all, I cannot recommend this hotel enough, everything was perfect and we will be back asap.

There was so much to love about this place- the peace and tranquility, the super friendly and attentive staff, the ridiculously stunning views, the clear warm waters (perfect for a snorkel), the beautiful private beach, the harbour with kayaks and powerboats, the beautiful food with varied menu, the cleanliness, the ample sun beds the most amazing breakfast views etc etc etc! Would return without hesitation.

Nothing! We purposely chose the hotel because we wanted something quiet and remote but also hired a car so that we could visit local beaches and restaurants which was a good move.

This is everything we wanted from a hotel during our stay near Olbia. Beautiful view from the pool. No screaming babies or toddlers (maybe we were lucky in this regard). The resort feels more catered to adults, which we loved! Complimentary beach sunbeds and kayak equipment unlike other hotels which charge additional for everything. Lovely breakfast and the dinner at the restaurant was nice. The gym equipment was recently replaced. This was a great decision, in my opinion, as we used it everyday.

We booked a standard room which was comfortable but i found the bed was a little hard and the pillows flat. A smart TV in the room would be amazing. Lastly, in my personal opinion, a soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensers in the shower instead of little disposable mini tubes on the counter would be a great addition and more environmentally friendly.

All the staff was caring and really friendly, professional. The meals were yummy. The beach taken care for, the crystal clear sea. Beautiful+pleasant atmosphere in every corner of the Don Diego.

Great hotel in a beautiful location. Staff have been incredibly helpful and efficient, excellent breakfast.The views from the top floor suites are amazing and the pool very nice, never too busy.The private beach right in front of the hotel is beautiful and quiet, great for snorkelling. Being able to use paddle boards and kayaks for free was a great bonus for us. The hotel also offers the possibility to rent a small inflatable boat at a reasonable price.Overall we had a great stay at this hotel and would definitely return.
