Best Western Air Hotel Linate

The staff were very helpful with helping me to get a registered taxi to take me to the outlet mall which was very expensive but most important thing is that I was safe. Security is very important to me especially when visiting a city for the 1st time.

Got mosquito bite mist probably from eating in their Resturant.

Clean and great staff, great location

restaurant, although disorganized, airport shuttle. Good location for airport only, nothing around the area.

Noisy hallway, staff cleaning rooms at all hours. disorganized restaurant, didn't know their menu or get order straightor timely. Food itself was good.

It was close to the airport

The hotel is very old and you can hear everything happening in the hallway. While it is close to the airport the fact it is old every plane that lands sounds like its landing in your room. Not to mention the firehouse and alarm looked inoperable.

The excellent service we got was what you would expect from Best Western. Very good shuttle service between the hotel and the subway station. Did I say it’s free.

The hotel rooms are super clean. The bed is comfy and good size. Availability of free and frequent Airport shuttle is so convenient for airport access. Breakfast is excellent.

Poor

The beds were pathetic. Day 2 of my stay towels given were stained and dirty. Bed was old, worn out, sagging in the middle, repeated request of better mattress were just ignored. Such mattress I have never encountered in a hotel. Had dinner and food was average, hostess rushed and felt unwelcome

Having staff that could speak English was great. The breakfast was amazing!

The area around the hotel was a bit overwhelming.

When I arrived in the evening, the gentleman working the reception was so kind and welcoming. He offered to inform me of all the facilities and had a positive attitude. However, the woman working in the morning at the desk was cold. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The free airport shuttle was very convenient and always ready to go.

Our room was very clean but the floor could’ve been swept better.

Airport shuttle pickup was excellent. Individual pickups and dropoffs. Even dropped us at tram station.

A Very beautiful bedroom and a large and clean bathroom, the hotel is new and very quiet though near the airport. Good food

One waitress who insisted to sit me where she wanted for dinner. I refused and went elsewhere.

Room size

Very conveniently located near the airport. We dropped off a rental car and could walk to the hotel.

Amazing property with great free shuttle to airport. Staff was so nice. You can hear the airplanes very close going over head but ear plugs are provided and it was very comfortable.

Unable to adjust the room temp...think the AC was turned off for winter months....had to open a window to cool off.

Proximity to the airport . Airport shuttle. Friendly and accommodating staff

I’ve stayed here multiple times over the past years. Each time has a different experience. Sometimes the rooms are great and sometimes there are things that don’t work or broken. Such was the case in this last stay. The shower handle in our room was broken. Overall the staff was very accommodating.

Location in cleanliness

Service at dinner was rather hectic. They seemed overwhelmed by the number of guests.

The property is close to the Linate Airport with a free shuttle. It was nice to have a restaurant on property open for dinner, although pricy.

The food and drink prices were comparable to a much higher end hotel than this was.
