Good location on the bay/beach and view nice rooms but old furniture.

Paying for parking is too much… the staff was slow and unhelpful. The rooms need to be updated a little bit some of the furniture is old. The pool area is alright but a little dismal

Exceptional hotel organized in apartments in several buildings.The whole property is very nice, well organized, and maintained.Everyone from staff was helpful and pleasant.The room was spacious, decorated with style, and very cozy. The balcony was huge and equipped with soft sofas for sunbathing.Breakfast is very good and diverse, but it's exactly the same selection every day.Hotel organizes special Sardinia dinner, I highly recommend attending this event - it's set in a very nice harbour environment, and food is delicious. Be prepared for an unreasonable amount of food ;).Enough parking places are covered in shade, but unfortunately, it's a bit pricey.

It would be super helpful if some kind of hanger for towels was available on the balcony.

The staff was very friendly. We had an issue with our room, and Robin solved it quickly. The bed was comfortable, but the room had a slight smell coming from the bathroom. The food was unique and delicious (not buffet-style).

The location is quite isolated—if you don’t have a car, you’ll be completely dependent on the hotel, which charges high prices for everything. There was no kettle in the room. Overall, I’d say the price is too high for what the hotel offers.

I liked the view and the beach

The reception person was not helpful and not accomodative at all although we had booked 5 rooms.Plus it's a 4 star hotel and the rooms had no kettle no complimentary coffee or tea

Location is very nice, with a great view over the golf, a lot of privacy , not crowded. The rooms are big, with a small terrace.

Bathroom is quite outdated.The breakfast staff had the unfriendliest attitude I’ve ever seen at a hotel. I don’t know if it is due to exhaustion by the end of the season or something else, but to start the day in such an unfriendly environment is not something one would wish for on vacation. We extended our stay in Sardinia one more week but switched the hotel only because of this.The entire team except for the breakfast staff was very very welcoming and nice. The cleaning ladies, who were very professional and fast, but still had time to smile and great in a nice way.

Please advise that taxi service is extortinate price for a 5 minute drive to local town, NO mini market, prices in bar very high

Menu limited and towards the expensive end. Food was ok.Breakfast was ok but again limited and items not refreshed if run out.Main part of pool was clean along with small top area. However lower area was dirtyNo English option on room TVNo kettle etc in room.Whole hotel is dated and could do with a total refresh even if just painted Bathroom and shower etc could be made a bit more luxurious for a 4* hotel.You will definitely need a hire car as location is secluded.

It’s an amazing hotel, you have everything you need: sea, swimming pool and lovely location with al lot of green, stuff very kind, they give us a better room with an amazing view, really nice experience

The location was good for what we wanted.

The staff were seriously unprofessional… especially the restaurant staff who left us waiting to serve were laughing with each other rather than serving customers and rude to the manager who they clearly didn’t respect and who had to watch over them every breakfast, lunch and dinner as he couldn’t trust they were capable. One of them came over to our table chewing with her mouth open it was utterly horrifyingThey made us pay an extortionate amount for parking each day which if your staying at a hotel should be included in a secluded area.The cleaner would try and get into our room knocking loudly on our window at 8am every morning and wake us up. Very intrusive and an invasion of privacy.

Poor service at the restaurant

Location is excellent with amazing sea views from the pool and breakfast area ? With its own private beach and plenty of sunbeds available.The gardens around the hotel are exceptional and kept to a high lovely standard.The breakfast did become a little repetitive but we're lovely . especially the omelette ?

The breakfast staff were a little rude and unhelpful at times and felt they were not very friendly towards us and others. And made us feel a little uncomfortable.Lack of information in our room like a welcome pack with places to see and eat locally.On arrival we felt rushed to our room without any relevant information.

Air Condition was not working in both our rooms, rooms were changed promptly but also in new ones, the AC was not efficient. No internet access and no WiFi in rooms or general area, one had to go near reception. Rooms were clean but look a little 'tired'

Such a wonderful stay . The Hotel is situated in a beautiful location with stunning views. The staff are amazing- extremely friendly and keen to help in any way . The restaurant did a lovely breakfast and the menu at lunch and dinner was exceptional- top quality fine dining and super fresh . We also enjoyed the delightful lady singer every evening by the bar . Thankyou to Guiseppe the Manager and his staff for a truly memorable stay for myself and daughter. Would definitely return .
