Clean, quiet and close to a Tesla supercharger

Not too many hotels in the area so not much too choose from. This hotel was nice & clean.

Location, not really walking distance to anything except an Irving with a Circle K.

Cleanliness, staff very friendly and willing to assist, excellent breakfast, checking out the staff were concerned whether your stay was satisfactory, an all around great place to stay.

Breakfast was good, staff was very friendly, room was clean, bed was very comfortable.

Not sure if our AC was broken but didn't get very cold, wifi was fairly slow, no bath tub, ~15 minute drive from most things and just in a weird location. If you have kids there is not much to do in the hotel (would have to go out for entertainment)

At 2:30 am, some players from a soccer team (?) returned to their room, were very loud, and played music. We gave them 30 minutes, and then had to call front desk. They took care of it via a call to room. Then, next morning at 8am cleaning staff were loud

We found there was an aroma to the room. Smells kind of old. I think the carpets should be changed or perhaps laminate a lot Of bacteria in those rugs and I think that’s where the smell was coming from. Beyond that too was ok.

It's convenient to access from the highway. They provided a wide range of breakfast selections plus hot scrambled eggs which was a surprise.

I was a little surprised to find the hotel had no elevator. It's a good thing I had only a small overnight bag. The other issue is with the hotel room alarm clock. It would be so helpful to have it working and set to the current time zone.

Front Desk staff  was simply amazing. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was taking care of. She found us a room for the second night stay even after the night desk man said we were full. The room was clean and well laid out.

The night desk man was less than helpful. He had no interest and trying to problem solve for us as we needed another night unexpectingly. I would prefer separate shampoo and body wash in the shower but overall I would come again and hope to have 'hotel employee

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and functional! The complimentary breakfast was excellent and included make your own waffles, which was a great touch!

Instead of the tiny travel shampoos, they have full size bottles attached to the wall. Also, the bed is extraordinarily comfortable/soft!

Price was high.

The Inn is fine, but very much couls benefit from having a restaurant next door, or at least a cafe such as a Tim Hortons or better site with a side lounge / bar, and ideally relaxing background music if not live. Our NS road map also was not up to date, on street links to and from. It would help to have a black and white map of highways (old plus new bi-pass) and local area (Kentville-New Minas - Wolfville area) that could be given to customers eg office or municipality printed showing hi-light business location (numbered) on it. We have experienced same problem at Comfort Inn in Stellarton - New Glasgow where multi-community handout map showed a major street that driven down (in Stellarton) was blocked by a past open pit mine site dating over 30 years. I think Inn itself top notch, but worth cheaply doing better on area map (B&W easily revised, cheaply printed). A really great boost would be a restaurant / cafe etc on lot next door or close by.

Simple, accurate area street & road access map highlighting Inn and other facilities in region.Handout or bulletin board List / map to places to get meals and hours etc most of day ideal eg 6 AM to 12 midnight if not provided. A small green area, walk around could only help to increase travellers stay as a base point longer eg regional business, tourist or other travellers. We were theres for a family event, but have done much on other side historically.

The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, and their warm hospitality truly stood out. The breakfast selection was simple but satisfying, and I appreciated having the coffee bar and vending machines available 24/7. Overall, it made my stay feel very comfortable.

The room was cozy and comfortable, though it would be even better if disposable bedroom slippers were provided for guests.
