Great hotel, convenient location, very quiet. The room was large and clean, the staff were great and very helpful. Excellent complimentary breakfast.

Ive extended my stay about 5 times and my room has been made up twice-- the 2 times i reminded them to tell the cleaners i would be staying.

Very clean.

The air conditioner didn't work in the first room, the freezer in the refrigerator didn't work in the second room.

Friendly and supportive staff. I forgot my jacket in our room at checkout.  the Mgr was very helpful.offering options to get it back, Room was clean, quiet and comfortable bed. Close to the main highway and shopping center. Highly recommende.

Easy access to Anthony Henday freeway. Nice atrium restaurant and lounge. Rooms have gas fireplace.

Complimentary breakfast eating area is very small. Food was pretty good though. No pool.

Quiet hotel, microwave in room, comfy pillows, and only two floors so it¿s easy to access your room. Free parking and breakfast.

The hear barely works, very minimally cleaned (dust and hair in the gap between the mattress and headboard, furniture was dusty not in main traffic areas, liquid splattered down walls by the bed). Dark, dingy.

The room

I went into the restaurant in the morning. The waiter yelled at me from across the restaurant ( people eating in the restaurant)) to sit down. I said I wanted to order my food to go so he handed me the hard plastic drink and appetizer menu off the table.

Located in nice area. Huge lobby with Smitty's restaurant & lounge all in open area.

The hotel has been partially updated. There were NO towel rods in the bathroom & the toilet was so low it seemed "child-size". The bed was a queen-size but seemed narrow. The air conditioner was so noisy it kept us awake, so had to try without it.

Location - removed enough from the city, but still close to amenities that were needed, and it had a restaurant in the hotel itself.

Presentation of the room - toilet was broken and ran constantly, the room smelled of cigarette smoke, and the walls were scuffed/chipped throughout the room.

I liked the fact that there was a restaurant in the same building, didn't need to go out for breakfast/dinner.

I was satisfied with the place, with the one night I spent.

Good location and pricing. The bagged breakfast was great.

Parking can be a bit of a problem.

Room was clean, nice touch was the gas fireplace that keep us cozy during storm. Breakfast on 2nd day was pancakes, bacon, omelets, muffins, yogurt cold cereal milk coffee Smittys food was good at hotel, close to other fast food outlets. quiet

Loved the free continental breakfast! Loved the playpen and sheet we received without an extra fee for my son, which was delivered in no time to my room upon asking.

I did not like that the bathroom had a sheer wall so at night when our son was trying to sleep, if one of us was in the bathroom with the light on- the whole room was completely light. This is just such a ridiculous idea.
