Quiet and simple to check in. The breakfast

The hotel room was hot as the AC did not work properly.

Location

Missing microwave even though was include in my confirmation. Hotel should include what is written on paper. Coffee machine had thick layer of lime scale. Fridge had sour smell. Nothing replenished. No towel in pool room. No sanitizer in wall dispenser.

Their was clumps of hair in my room.. food was awful barely cooked

restaurant was not open, weight room and pool felt dirty, parking lot was not plowed

The tub didnt drain The toilet every half hour made noise like flushing and clunking Anything that had metal was rusted including by the pool This hotel needs renovations and I will not stay again

The clerk at the front desk had exceptional manners and understanding. He new that the hotel did not make aware the pool was out of order. He totally understood I could not stay without a pool as that was my reasonn with my grandkids. He cared alot.

It was very disappointing that the advertisement of the hotel neglected to show the pool was out of order for use. I booked at this hotel specifically for the pool so my grandsons that was going to stay eith me would have fun with their grama and go swim

The staff were very pleasant. They greeted you every day. They were extremely efficient and helpful. The breakfast was yummy and the gentleman who looked after it was also very helpful and kept the items stocked. The towels were so soft bed was comfortab

Worst beds I have ever slept in. Beds are saggy and old. Linen was wrinkled, looked like it wasn't changed from previous guest.

The first room they gave us was very dirty , they did not change the bed spreads there was hair on the bed and dirty washroom and the floor had strains. We checked in the night there was no drinking water in the room. They have few items for breakfast.

Location was excellent.

Hotel is well maintained in front lobby and conference areas. The elevators are not vacuumed. Main hotel is older and not maintained well. Out of 2 separate rooms, ac in room was not working in assigned rooms. Internet is only 56mps.

It was at the best location and really convenient to access the amenities. I enjoyed the fragrance of jasmine flowers outside and felt really good to enjoy my stay in it.

I was only disappointed with no microwave oven in the room, because I like to bring my own food and enjoy dinning privately on my stay while hanging out with family and friends. It is not very expensive appliance to provide in each room for the comfort.

My room didn¿t look like they had used a vacuum and I didn¿t need a key to get into my room as the lock was less than secure. If I put the handle in the open position and applied pressure to get in the lock would not hold the door!

From the beautiful, welcoming entry way, to the friendly staff. This hotel is amazing. It is quiet, clean, close to shops. The rooms are large and the bed is so comfortable. This is a hotel you definitely need to stay in. It's a great price for the night

They totally lied both to me at checking as well as your representative. My soul purpose of getting a room was to get air conditioning in the heat wave. They said they had AC but could not get the room below 73. And no refund for the 1st night. They stole

Horrible apocalyptic feelto the parking lot and foyer. Elevators sealed, lights off.....light bulbs burnt out In bathroom. Had two night a booked and barely made it through one night. Do not book this place!

Not very clean at all. Restaurant only open in morning. Bedding was stained needed changing before we could sleep in it.

Cleanliness needed work. Out dated decor. We were one of two families in the whole place

The main hotel entrance was grand. The staff tried to please.

I was disappointed about a number of things. Housekeeping was below average. In the 3 different days we were there, the front entrance rugs nor the elevator rugs were ever vacuumed. And they were highly in need. The beds had the poorest linens I've seen
