Not enough coffee cups and coffee inside room. No spot to put shoes or socks to dry

advertised that they could make a Mojito on the board outside the restaurant,ordered one,no mint?take it off the board then.restaurant staff was unimpressed with us actually being there,a bit rude at times.Food sat under the light for 5 min before service

Very clean,convenient location, nice restaurant, hot tub,pool and gym are nice. The underground parking is great,especially in the winter!

Location was the only good thing about this hotel.

Room was dirty when we got there. Requested 3 times for the room to be cleaned. Never was cleaned. No towels. Had to repeatedly wait for towels to dry. Tub was dirty when we arrived to room. Garbage all through hallways outside of rooms and in elevator.

The staff were very friendly. They were quick to answer questions. Very professional

The pillows are very soft, I have to use 3 pillows when I sleep, when I checked in I give them my driver's license but when I checked out I noticed that they use an address in Thailand, I don't understand because I live in Edmonton which shows in the DL.

Everything but access to the hotel. Great hot tub. Great room. Great experience.

Access to hotel is good, but exiting hotel lot requires a u-turn to get back to main route.

King rooms only come with shower, no bathtub and when u ask for Bathtub for a senior u have to upgrade to get one!!!

Comfort, cleanliness and location. Underground parking was great.

The first room was right beside the fitness centre and you could hear the person on the treadmill through the wall. If it would have been closed for some of the night, we would not have asked to move to a new room. Staff was excellent and moved us right

Very clean. Good gym. Located in a nice neighborhood for evening walks. The parking garage is very convenient, especially in the winter.

Some of my devices had difficulty connecting to the wifi. The wifi speed was good, once connected.

A great place to stay from facilities to staff. Very clean. Coffee in lobby in morning until 10:00 AM. Underground parking a bonus when it hailed.

Location is good but leaving requires a upturn. Coffee could be in lobby longer such as noon.

Clean, quiet and ideally located. Love the unground heated parking. Only 15 min or less to the northland exhibition. 2nd stay since it opened.

It was our fourth visit to this hotel, and we love everything about it, especially the frontdesk staff. The hotel is brand new and the rooms fairly well fitted.

A continental breakfast option would be great, as would slightly firmer pillows.
