Outdated, hairdryer overheated after 5 minutes of use, power outlet missing cover, no passes available to milenium place ( one of main reasons I booked here)

Handy to the location I need to be at. Breakfast bar was great and the gal working in the breakfast bar was very friendly.

I gave feedback to the staff on a couple cleaning items - nothing major.

Starting with the reception, which was great,and then on to to housekeeping staff, Mila, who was amazing. Breakfast is included in the stay, and though it's basic food, the attendant (I forget her name) was perfect. Definitely returning.

The toilet bowl is oddly low.

Staff and manager accommodated well with good service and response. No complaints with the breakfast included in the package.

Unfortunately the pool was out for maintenance but that's why I appreciate management and staff accommodating to my concerns and responding appropriately.

Front desk staff were super nice and helpful. Room was clean. Location was nice and quiet. Breakfast was amazing.

Jacuzzi was broken. Tv was small. But bed was great!!

Absolutely nothing.

Rooms were dirty with hair in the sink, crusty counter, stained bed sheets, hair all over bed sheets, musty AC smell, manager laughed when i brought up these issues. We actually had to switch 3 different rooms before the last one was OK. Never again.

I travel a lot for work and have found this holiday inn express, to be the best start as well as the highlight to my many weekends away. Its like coming home too your family. have never been disappointed.

its not that I don't love this hotel and all of the amazing staff and guests that stay here. I have not had toilet paper, or enough towels both times in the last 2 weeks. I get it new person, took their trainer away for not acknowledging themselves

Hotel employee at the front desk was very helpful. She checked with us as to comfort of room and helped with any questions

Friendly helpful staff

Door lock did not work in first room. Transferred to second room. Confusion when we left because they thought we were still in the first room but it was a different guest. Not a big deal

Easy access to get into and located around many favorable businesses. Also hotel seemed quite new.

The room had a strong odor of cigarette smoke and uncleanliness. Sensitive to cigarette smoke so it was uncomfortable to sleep. AC did eliminate some of the odor, but it was cool to have running. Cleanliness is key to returning to a hotel.

Comfortable and breakfast was the best!
