Best Western Plus Sherwood Park Inn & Suites

This has become my "choice" hotel to stay at. Rooms are comfy, clean and quiet. Great breakfast too.

When I arrived there were a couple young men smoking at the entrance. Noticed later there were cigarette butts on the stones of the entrance. Not attractive nor was the smoke smell I had to walk thru when I arrived.

Loved having three queen beds! Very comfortable too! Staff were very friendly and rooms clean! Hotel provides an excellent breakfast.

Excellent choice for the continental breakfast and the fact that my children decided to sleep in and come in after 10 and the staff allowed them to still eat was wonderful

The room was beautiful, staff friendly and an amazing breakfast! Not to mention chocolates and a ride for mothers day! Beat hotel stay in a long while.

This hotel is close to everything, very clean and modern. Well priced.

It was very clean, great location, very friendly and accommodating staff, delicious breakfast with a lot of options, including gluten free. Large clean hot tub and big pool.

The location is ideal, very close to the highways. The restaurants around in the newer plazas are very good, lots of options. The staff was very friendly and curteous. Breakfast was definitely the best part, lots of options for all my picky eaters. I didn't have to worry about needing to stop by anywhere else to get someone something because they didn't have anything they liked.

Clean, comfortable and it was great to have a family room with 3 queen beds which is unusual but worked so great for us. Staff were friendly & helpful. Room was well equipped with all required amenities. Breakfast was good, the usual hot breakfast offered by Best Westerns Didn’t really use the facilities like the pool, gym, etc. so cannot comment on those.

Just a one night stay with no negatives.

Great location, friendly staff also it should be mentioned that the breakfast was amazing! Way better than the continental breakfast in the US.

It is a perfect budget hotel!

The breakfast was above expectations. The staff was great. There was enough food, even with the crowd (!) on Saturday morning! The danishes were especially appreciated.

The noise level in the hallways on Friday night was not appreciated. Children were running back and forth. There were 2 teen girls laying in the hallway, chatting, at 11:30. There was also noisy talking in the hallway across from our room (409). Also, the lack of sufficient parking was extremely annoying. There seems to have been work trucks parked at the east end, perhaps in addition to the workers private vehicles (?). You need to up your game, especially when the owner of the property to the immediate north side has no parking signs posted. The parking situation and noise would prevent me from staying at your facility again.
