Location and cleanliness.
It was an overall excellent experience and I don't know why we haven't tried this hotel until now. From the front desk staff to Housekeeping to the Breakfast staff, it was an amazing experience.
The friendly staff

Cons -

The breakfast. Was from 6 until 9. Very limited hours. I would normally expect up to 11:00 am. Never seen this before and would be a consideration if I was to stay there again.
The only little gripe we had was the noise transferred to our room when people upstairs showered and if they walked with heavy feet upstairs.
Just my neighbor up top riverdancing it seemed at 2am, but that's not the hotels fault. I hope he got the part.

I liked that it was a great location close to shopping and freeways. I also liked that it was modern and new.

I thought the price was a bit high comparing to other hotels in the area.

Free breakfast, free parking, very helpful friendly staff and liked that the pool is salt water! Also comfortable beds! Didn't have to ask for extra towels in the room!
