    Pros +

    • The friendly staff
    • Room and cleanliness
    • The rooms were comfortable and north-facing so the sun warmed up the room. The shower was hot and the food was okay. Lebo in the restaurant was the only person who seemed to care about us but she seemed to be a junior staff member who could not do anything about the slackness.

    Cons -

    • The hotel is in the bushes, landscaping could be better. The place could do with some renovations. Tiles and bathroom hardware are stained.
    • Breakfast time must be adjusted
    • I stayed for 3 nights delivering a training course. When I arrived, I was told we were in Landmark 3 - I went to look at the room it was the right size for 19 people. The next day, however, I find we are in Landmark 5, a tiny room where we are all cramped. We complain and the next day we are moved to Landmark 3. Each day the lunch was late. The sign says 'Lunch is from 12h00-14h00' and I had to ask every day "what time must we come through" and I'm told "come at 12h30 so that you don't clash with other groups" - yet they were late each day. On day-2 there was no power in the front of the room so I could not project, fortunately it was in the afternoon. There was no sign of a 'manger'.

We enjoyed our stay, it’s a clean and safe place, the only problem was the water was warm in one of the rooms we booked. Other than that, we had a nice time

    10TsakaniPosted on: 4-6-2025

We were happy to be checked in earlier as per our request, we were assisted by a friendly lady called Elizabeth.

Maybe in future, you can place bar fridges in the rooms

    Good location

Room has poor ventilation and bad smell.

    6BoitumeloPosted on: 4-1-2025

Well it was a hustle just to charge phones since there where no plugs, the air conditioner wasn’t working well, and our room wasn’t that clean

    1TshipikwaPosted on: 3-26-2025

I loved the cleanliness and their stuff. the breakfast was also good

I think they need to renovate the place coz it was giving 60s

    8MudauPosted on: 3-24-2025

The room was clean even though is old, their staff are very friendly and helpful.

My room did not have a bar fidge and microwave .

    The pool and friendly staff

The room we slept in had carpet and smelled like the carpet was wet

    The swimming pool

The security at the gate don't check when you go in or out. They just open the gate which makes it easier for criminals to come take cars and drive out without producing anything or explaining where they from. Number 2 cleaners must vacuum carpet atleast 3 times per week because in my room I had grapes sticks and seeds that time I didn't eat grapes and it was there since I arrived until check out day.Other than that security and cleaners problem the hotel is perfect and I will be sleeping there again when I visit Polokwane again

the carpet was old and smelled

the rooms were clean, comfortable and the area was quiet and safe ,as what I was expecting as a mother travelling with children, the hotel location was best ,since it is along major route to malls and other surburbs.

I enjoyed the food, from breakfast to the ala carte.

Everything was great with friendly staff, I even requested for an iron.

    2RossPosted on: 1-12-2025

The Room was ok , and clean. The staff at reception on arrival were very friendly.

The rooms they first gave us looked out on to old furniture and scrap so we asked to change rooms. The supposed DSTV only had 4 channels , news and sport. The aircon kept going on and off. There was no proper bar. The tables outside still had bits of food and old serviettes on them when we sat down to have lunch. The waiter was absolutely shocking.

    Disappointing

The service we received at the restaurant was poor especially from the gentlemen called James, he is actually the one who made us to not enjoy the place

    4ColletPosted on: 12-31-2024

    Disappointing

Very bad service we received at the restaurant, I don’t think I will ever book a stay again, thank you to Tiisetso who tried his best to accommodate us, but the gentlemen by the Name of James was very rude.

    The interior of the room.

Arrived at the property around 2:30pm waiting to check in for about 2hours. There was no fridge in the room.

    4ThanyaniPosted on: 12-30-2024

The rooms are old and renovations are needed. The other day during our stay we found the room not cleaned. The beds were not done, towels not changes, coffee station not refilled and cups not washed.

The rooms need a fresh paint and the beds are old and no longer comfortable.
