Fusion Boutique Hotel

I recently had the pleasure of staying at fusion boutique hotel and it was truly an unforgettable experience! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was struck by the hotel's unique charm and character. The decor was stylish and eclectic, and the staff were warm and welcoming.

Breakfast was superb, and the presentation is beautiful and appetizing.The staff are all very friendly and attentive.

The pillows on the bed were very hard and uncomfortable, causing a stiff neck. Softer pillows will be more comfortable.The duvet is about 10 cm thick and, although luxurious, much too warm.

The property is beautiful, very luxurious. The staff, incredible! Bridgette and her team made my Dad's 70th birthday a memory that will last a lifetime. I would recommend this hotel over and over. Thank you!

This is truly a bizarre piece of luxury in the middle of Polokwane. The service is comparable to that of international 5 star hotels. Their restaurant is exceptional, and incomparable with other offerings around. That being said, this is the only 5 star hotel in Polokwane, an achievement they are rightfully proud of, however it does show in their lack of desire for innovation. The hotel has many areas that are unused and have got potential to create lounge areas for guests or additional bar space. Additionally, the lack of pool is a fair letdown.

Our aircon stopped working at 2 in the morning (in an area with temperatures averaging 38 degrees Celsius) and took about an hour to resolve by moving rooms.

breakfast was fantastic, the bed was comfortable and linen very clean, bathroom spotless

parking is a little congested and no cover for cars parking in the sun and exposed to rain and hail storm.

I think the atmosphere and deco were more welcoming for a 5 star hotel.

Unfortunately there were short comings for a 5-star hotel such as being petty about making a spouse to pay an extra money for staying over. It is standard across other hotels, even the 1 star village hotel will cater for 2 people in one room and not make them pay. The rooms do not have smart TVs and the current TVs are small and inferior brands. This is also just a major disappointment which could equally be linked to a low quality of wifi connection. Finally their staff members are just slow when coming to service, literally we had to wait for a long time to get drinks particularly that I had clients over for drinks. Also left without getting my coffee during breakfast. Great service and respect for time are some of the reasons why we pay so much to stay in 5-star hotels, and unfortunately my recent experience fell short on these.

EVERYTHING ? . From the very beginning when i was still making a booking, Aletta was very patient and helpful. Our room was worth every cent ?. Bed is so comfortable we found it hard to get up ?. The food ? 10/10, we enjoyed everything about our stay.

The room was good. Bathrooms to be maintained and improved. Breakfast to be improved.

The breakfast menu needs to be updated. It has been the same for many years. Its very bland and basic. The breakfast needs a lot of improvement. The rooms are old. The bedroom itself was in a good condition but the bathroom is not in a good condition. The toilet in our room was not flushing well. The shower doors do not close flush creating flooding in the bathroom as the water streams out during a shower. The bathrooms need a lot of attention and improvement.

This hotel is extremely elegant and definitely world class. I could not think of a single thing to add to the luxury of our stay. The staff are very accommodating and very stylish.

The only thing that I found extremely annoying is that we were not permitted to run a tab for the drinks we had in the room or on the terrace. i.e you swipe your card for every single thing that you order. I felt a bit like a child compared to visiting many, many 5* hotels in various countries. I consider it unprofessional.
