The best I liked is receiving towels for swimming. The food supper and information provided during the game drive was excellent. Will definitely refer other people visiting Limpopo.

the service was outstanding. we had a number of special requests the staff accommodated and specifically Tebogo was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel property is well maintained with nice lawns and gardens. The room was spacious and very comfortable and staff very friendly and helpful.

The food was delicious and people at the property were so friendly we really enjoyed our stay

We had exciting game drive and the game driver shared extensive knowledge about every animal we saw there

I liked everything about the venue,the staff members were nice,and the venue was clean.

The money we paid for the venue was a lot for 2 nights but it didn't even include breakfast.

My husband and I stay in the Bushveld and whenever we travel to Polokwane, we always try to stay over at the Ranch. Because we stay on a farm and love the bushveld so much it always feels like we are at home far away from home.We love the breakfast, there is always a variety to choose from, and they make the best coffee ever!!The Chef in the Restaurant, met our dietary requirements. Thanx Chef!!!!!!!!

Well located out of town resort. I like it for a rest after visiting a safari camp. Easy 360km drive to Oliver Tambo Airport.

The breakfast area didn’t have enough food for all the guests. You have to wait 30min for simple food like sausages.

Food was nice and the room was clean.

My name was omitted from the special dinner guest list despite having arranged and paid in advance.

1.Our room was below our expectations, for the money we paid we expected something fancy2. The only friendly staff members are the receptionist, bartenders and waiters. The rest of the staff won’t greet you when they meet you in the facility 3.our room had blocked drainage

You cant say theres no breakfast whereas when i made the booking it included it. The money paid was a lot for not providing a meal atleast

The manager in restaurant is so rude. He doesn't have good relationship with customers. I was treated like a criminal by Two Boys he even told me that he won't apologize for his manner.

Huge amount of facilities. We only stayed one night , it’s somewhere to stay for a week. Basils is an excellent restaurant

To start with a few members of staff could have been more courteous and friendly but after a few more interactions we had some excellent service. Shame as otherwise we’d have given a 10.

Location

The rooms were extremely dirty , u can see they haven’t been cleaned in a month or so , spiders on all windows , couldn’t sleep at a pigsty’s like that

Best service at dinners at Basil Fine Restaurant

Basils fine restaurant is no longer fine restaurant...people who are loud and with bumped shorts are allowed in

I felt like the staff went above and beyond here. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I really had a great time here and felt that every need I had could be met. It wasn't overly busy and I felt relaxed. I enjoyed the pool and gym area, both very well kept and clean. Bed was very comfortable and room was pretty large! Temperature in the rooms were perfect, and well-controlled with the aircon. There was a lot of choice for the breakfast.

The WiFi connection was terrible, although I didn't mind that much as I preferred to enjoy the time there. I joined one of the safari rides in the morning, which was overbooked and crowded so it wasn't super comfortable. The bathroom was a bit pokey and not well designed with doors banging into each other and the shower door not closing properly.

We had a great stay. There was clean and the staff was smiling and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast and had a lovely dinner at the buffet restaurant. We stayed in a golf charlot. it had a perfect view and we enjoyed to sit at the terrance and look at Impalas ect. Our cleaning lady was a joy. And Joel in the pool bar/restaurant was alwas on hes toes top help us. We would love a second stay there..

Breakfast was excellent with lots of options. The staff was so professional yet helpful.dinner was tasty too. Lovely experience with private dining.Enjoyed the warm pool under the shade. Just a perfect combination.
